how many times can you be lied to and still believe it?

"The smoking gun just might be a Mushroom Cloud"

"Iraqi Oil Revenue will pay for this war."

The list goes on and on and on.

Are you stupid? Yes you are. Here's the quote and the source:

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz: “There’s a lot of money to pay for this that doesn’t have to be U.S. taxpayer money, and it starts with the assets of the Iraqi people…and on a rough recollection, the oil revenues of that country could bring between $50 and $100 billion over the course of the next two or three years…We’re dealing with a country that can really finance its own reconstruction, and relatively soon.” [Source: House Committee on Appropriations Hearing on a Supplemental War Regulation, 3/27/03]

sad isn't it? makes me want to scream when I listen to people who think Bush is the best prez we've ever had. It blows me away. But I guess most of these people just listen to the talking points and follow along like sheep, never asking quesitons, never doing any other reading to get other perspectives.

(my argument has just been confirmed "Bush saved the world!" - and not only that, they have the audacity to assume they know who I am, how I believe, how educated I am and they seem to think they know that I sit on my ar*s doing nothing but "ranting"...they are so predictable - and they ALL need to buy a dictionary and look up the word liberal because none of them seem to know what it means)

To see just how devoted some people are - just check out some of the pro-Bush letters on the following site

Go switch teams. Who ever said Iraqi Oil Revenue will pay for this war? That sounds completely idiotic. We don't liberate a country to take its resources. Nobody in the government ever, EVER said that.

Oh... and we did find WMD. Plenty of them.

So who exactly are you saying lied, and about what?????

what makes your OPINION fact? who's to say that you haven't been lied to. its so easy to type your words and pander to the left and get all the praise from the extremist. I wounder did you ever give thought to the possibility that Saddam did move the WMD to Syria? do you not agree that the terrorist who want to kill anyone not Muslim are best fought there then on U.S. soil. You should thank our government that another attack has not taken place in the U.S. since 9/11. maybe the only way you will understand is to get off you butt and really do something to understand the world you live in.

concider yourself reported.

you proved my point thank you. you came to a debate unarmed.
don't you feel foolish. when you grow up maybe you to will be able to use real words.

Fact: Saddam did indeed have WMDs at one point! The Red Cross verified this when they went to aid the people he used them against (in his own Country).

Fact: Over half of the democracies today are the result of U.S. influence.

Fact: Since we went on the offensive after 9/11, there has not been another terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

I wish you conspiracy theorists would actually engage in some sort of intellectual debate on the subject. You really make it too easy to ignore your rantings.

As I'm still living and breathing, I've already seen the list.

Care to make a contribution of any sort or are you just bored and hanging out at Yahoo Answers waiting for the phone to ring?

Sure. I'd hate to live under a dictator. You wouldn't have half the freedoms we have. I'd rather fight a war else where than on our soil. Who wouldn't?

Your hindsight is fairly good.
Do you want to surrender to the terrorists?

Clinton lied to me more than all other politicians put together.
