No, the GI bill is for the veteran, not thier children

You need to be actively enrolled in a school program to receive the GI bill. Not all children of veterans qualify for it.

do your research on this topic because in some cases if the veteran is 100%service connected the answer could be yes check local v.a. regional office or dav rep. at county court house

No, education benefits are paid for dependents of disabled in service or Veterans who died during service. It must be filed
before education is received.

yes and no it can be transfered but the paperwork must be done before you enrol in classes
