I'm applying to Air Force OTS and SUPT. I've already passed the MEPS and flight physicals, and my PCSM score is a near-perfect 97 (that's out of 99, not 100 mind you) which would virtually guarantee me of a pilot's slot were it not for my eyesight, which is about 20/200 in both eyes, and disqualifies me from a pilot's slot. It is just about within limits for a navigator position, but I really don't want to have to settle for a nav. slot when I have a such scintillating PCSM score (and I could even bring the score up by one more point if I were to log 40 more flight hours). Is there any type of corrective eye surgery I can undergo to qualify for a pilot's slot? (note: I meet all the other necessary medical qualifications and I'm more than willing to commit to the ten years; several other military pilots have blogged me and said that I should try to have the surgery to qualify for a pilot's slot because I'd be miserable as a navigator).

This question is for christian illegals or christian supporters for illegals in the U.S.A.

In the Bible it says to OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND. It is against the law in the U.S to come here illegally. What are your views on this? Im not trying to start a fight I just want your answers. Please no hateful comments.

Ive seen so many supporters of illegal immigration on here say that this is Gods land, and that they should be able to do what they want. According to the Christian Bible it says to obey the laws of the land!

Dont answer this question saying im not a christian because the question if for CHRISTIANS. Dont be stupid!

ok I just watched the movie about the plane that was hijacked during the sept 11, and was on the course of crashing into the Whitehouse. Many times during this movie military tried to intercept but was not granted the permission from the President
Now where the hell was he? Do we not live in an age where cell phones are as common as fastfood cheesburgers. No one could contact a man who is supposed to be able to reach at all times for National Emergencys such as this. How pathetic, that these people could only set by and watch these travestys take place with absolutely no way to defend this nation because of failure to contact the president. We as americans should be outraged!! And shame on all of you who gave the Dixie Chicks so much grief and almost ruining their carreers because they decided to open their eyes and speak for an america that they once believed in. HOw many damn movies have to be made before we stop being so damn stupid about it. Is it easier just to hide and pretend?

It was a way to prevent people from easily breaking some laws enforced in those times, preventing the necessary punishment that would ensue, encouraging them to seek the "formal path" instead.

Many "Berlin Walls" are still standing today, and more are being build. Would you want the walls of a prison to be built of 2 meter tall wire fence? Or are concrete and guards better suited?

And do you think the security enforcement at airports is exaggerated? Would a couple of old policemen intimidate you enough not to bring dangerous objects with you?

If you ran a music store, would you trust your customers enough not to have a magnetic detector installed at the exit?

Berlin Walls are just realistic ways to simplifies things for everyone.

If the US believes that killing Osama Bin Laden will change course of the War, and effect the determination of his army, they are mistaken.

They already have in place plans to proceed after the event of Osam's death.

How can the US people and war strategists be so stupid to think Al Queda will suddenly quit their current effective gains in this campaign?

What is the REAL reason that US leaders tell it's people that the death of this single man will advance their cause of Imperial intervention?

Are you Bush cannon fodder?

Stop the War!

Stop Bush!

Money
After a long two-week criminal trial in a high profile bank robbery case,
the jury finally ended its 14 hours of deliberations and entered the
courtroom
to deliver its verdict to the judge. The judge turns to the jury
foreman and asks,

"Has the jury reached a verdict in this case?"

"Yes, your honor," the foreman responded.

"Would you please pass it to me,"

The judge declared, as he motioned for the bailiff to retrieve the
verdict slip from the foreman and deliver it to him.

After the judge reads the verdict himself, he delivers the verdict
slip back to his bailiff to be returned to the foreman and instructs
the foreman,

"Please read your verdict to the court."

"We find the defendant NOT GUILTY of all four counts of bank
robbery," stated the foreman.

The family and friends of the defendant jump for joy at the sound of
the "not guilty" verdict and hug each other as they shout expressions
of divine gratitude. The defendant's attorney turns to his client and
asks,

"So, what do you think about that?"

The defendant looks around the courtroom slowly with a bewildered
look on his face and then turns to his defense attorney and says,

"I'm real confused here. Does this mean that I have to return the
money?"

Qutoing: {...former 9-11 Commission member Richard Ben-Veniste...had "specifically asked President Bush about efforts after he was inaugurated on January 20, 2001, until 9-11, eight months later, what he and his administration were doing to kill bin Laden." According to Ben-Veniste, "one of the questions ... I specifically had, was why President Bush did not respond to the Cole attack. And what he told me was that he did not want to launch a cruise-missile attack against bin Laden for fear of missing him." }

George W. Bush would make one incompetent bodyguard- as we've learned all to painfully.

If President Bush had been a football player rather than a cheerleader, he'd be like a football player who is afraid to catch the ball for fear of missing it. His team would therefore always lose the game!
