Are you as tired of Erudite as I am?? If so, there's at least 2 questions posted today that he lists newspaper articles. True to his form, he's changed words and left items out. This is illegal. Go to the questions and report his abuse. We'll at least be rid of him for awhile.

(2 of the questions, someone has gone and listed the actual source or article, so check it out yourself.)

It's a shame I have to waste points on him, but I'm tired and fed up with his lies. If he had a point or a real cause, it'd be different. However, it's bashing our troops, especially the Marines on a daily basis. If it was fact based, it'd be different. However, it's all based on lies and his personal hatred.

Since I've been on this forum, 2 days, I've had one question altered to make me seem like a bigot, and one answer completely changed, both expressed feelings quite contrary to mine. I always paste from word pad, so I know what I wrote. I don't know how or by whom, I guess I'm hitting some uncomfortable truths if someone can be bothered to do this. I will not be hanging around here, the defamation of my character, and general misinformation is perpetrated by who? any ideas- I wonder if this will reach you untampered with. I will leave with my trust slightly dented as I'm not interested in anodyne chat full time

I used to live in NYC but now I live in Orlando. I was called for jury duty when I was in New York and I posponed it. What I need to know to notify them that I do not live there? I can not afford to travel there for jury duty. Can I excuse myself from it?

Here's the back story.... several years ago, an employee of a store accused me shoplifting. I was then humiliated in the middle of the store for almost an hour by the manager and other employees thereafter.

So I sue them. Yesterday they finally deposed the woman who started all this. She gave a great testimony for the defendants who are denying that anything ever happened since there is no police report or incident report, basically a coverup. It was a taped deposition with a videographer and a stenographer and the two lawyers.

Afterwards, I wanted to yell at her "Stop lying you stupid *****! Karma will get you and your kids! I hope your plane crashes (she's moving soon to another state)! You call yourself a religious person and lie through your teeth? You caused all this! You stupid *****!"

If I had said this would it have damaged my case? I mean she gave a great testimony, most of it lies, but she did sound believable and even my lawyer admitted this afterwards.

i've got this new job about 5 months ago....and i can honestly say I do nothing!!! i get paid for browsing the internet all day and playing games on my phone (this is not in my job description)start at 9am get on the internet and browse or play games until 5pm...then i go home. it can be boring. what can i do??? if i ask the manager for work...he gives me soduko to play coz thats all he does all day!!

I am sick to death of Chavs in tracksuits hanging around outside shops at all hours.The youths of today(not all of them!),they should get a damn good beating until they bleed.The OAP'S and myself alike hate to walk past them,you know you will get a comment said about you as you walk past the 30 or more scum suckers that are just hanging around for no reason.I dont care if they have nowhere else to go i couldnt give a toss.You are scum the kind of crap you find on your shoe.The police should have "snatch" squads that round them up and throw them in a van and kick the living hell out of them.And to all those chav scum mums,why do you have your 3 month old kid out at 11pm smoking your mayfairs while talking to the main share holder in sports world.God i hate you...and why do you all have Bull Mastif is it becouse your **** is the size of match stick?.Bring back hanging and kill the lot of em..........

toss them over a clothes line .What kind of person would torture another to get information .How can we justify making someone torture another human being. Keeping some one awake for several days seems like it would be fine .Not torture .WELL it is ,imagine someone else keeping you up for days at a time .At what point do you say screw you i am going to bed .Well imagine you do not have the choice to go to sleep and your body is shaken loud music flashing lights water a constant assault on you body and mind .
NOW if your dad made your mom stay up andd would not let her sleep for 3 days is he evil .
What kind of twisted mind can torture another person .We are making our soldiers criminals .AND if you must volunteer to torture others what kind of sick monster must you be .
I can not believe every Jew in America is not marching on Capitol hill to stop Bush from torturing people .As misguided as these people may seem they do believe they are right .I know like all people do torture is wrong

Has a nation ever "nationalized" assets (i.e., taken over oil companies without compensating the owners) without also limiting freedom of speech, of the press, freedom to vote, etc.

We have started receiving mail for a friend of mine - he didn't mention anything about it beforehand, and denies he did anything now. However it's a pretty big coincidence that a company would put my address with his name! Is it against the law to use another person's address?

have our leaders forgotten that they represent the people?
so many people starving and have the most basic needs in life have no voice. how long do you think it will be until you are forgotten? would you be willing to give one dollar a month/year to fight world hunger? could this be a way to bring the world together?

What the hell? anybody else hear about this at there bases?
i'm boycotting this years party because it offends me as a Christian, and my husband has never even gone to church and it offend him too! , i mean they have a Christmas tree, Christmas music, Christmas decorations, they even pray before they eat?!?! but they don't want to say Christmas party? what the hell is that?
