Both the university system in my state and the local adult education system use social security numbers as student identification numbers, and I don't like it. Are there alternatives?

Think of it theres so many laws we are,

All Breaking Laws. Think of it each time we play movies, or CDs in a family reunion (public place), copying CDs/DVDs, recording music, recording movies, ranting in forums, get a copy of NoWGA, showing pictures of Hilary duff even crediting it's photographer is breaking the law.

Now police, FBI, and CIA can search our home without a Warrant. They can search our Cars without warrants.

Then the police arrest Dog Chapman the great Bounty Hunter.

Then if you protest the government you get tear-gassed. Then you have to have permits, and licenses just to do stuff. Now you have to worry about Zoning laws.

Now fries may be illegal. Also Arcades will be illegal.

So how can we call America a free country? huh?

Now our government is free to torture innocent Americans like me, and you.

Is America a Dictatorship, or a communist?

Do you think supporters of Jesus will get crusified by the authorities?

It saddens me that the stupid liberal Demo-craps are likely to win these upcoming in elections. What has happened to the GOP? We used to have to remind the American people that it is best for them to elect us or the terrorists will come over the border and kill everyone because Demo-craps like to cuddle with terrorists. I think that is the only reason the GOP has been in power so long. In order to win the upcoming elections, we have to frighten the average voter that another 9/11 will happen again unless they vote for us.

God bless America!

Council tax is based on one's (perceived) ability to pay, since people who have more expensive house are required to pay more than those in cheaper homes, for EXACTLY THE SAME SERVICES. Is this effectively communism? Is it fair? If so, why does it not apply to other transactions, e.g. poor people should pay less for cars, food, clothes, utilities etc? Can I suggest that if you think the Council Tax system is unfair, you write to your MP?

Iraq reluctant to go after Shiite militias
NO-TOUCH LISTS, OFF-LIMITS AREAS WORRY SUNNIS, U.S.
By Solomon Moore
Los Angeles Times
BAGHDAD, Iraq - U.S. military officials have stepped up complaints that Iraq's Shiite-led government is thwarting efforts to go after Shiite death squads blamed in execution-style killings of Sunni Arabs in neighborhoods across the capital city.

Although Sunni Arab rebel attacks remain frequent in the capital, U.S. officials, including U.S. Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad, say death squads affiliated with Shiite militias have become the main drivers in Baghdad's rising sectarian killings death toll, which totaled at least 5,100 in July and August, according to U.N. figures.

However, the 8,000 U.S. soldiers sent to Baghdad in recent weeks to try to restore order have been largely prevented from confronting those militias, many of which have ties to Iraqi government officials. It looks as if the United States military will lose in the long run.

That was the one passed on January 21 of 2001. It states that all Bushists' must automatically pass every piece of legislation that is placed or dropped on their desk, so long as it is written by the Christian Right or a proper Bushist thereof.

This law has required that the President not veto any legislation presented to him by his congress, with the possibly exception of anything that might lead to cures of longstanding and disabling illnesses, and any legislation thereof that may involve using stem cell lines slated for destruction anyway in such research.

This law also applies to the lower Bushist branches, which states that they must Obey Their Infallible leader and love Big Brother always, exc. when it is close to mid term elections when they need to distance themselves from stated Big Brother in order as such to be re-elected, or at least have a chance of such.

There's a lot more legal terminology in the RSA, but I've tried to break it down as much as possible.

I am 32 with a family and fulltime job, which i hold down well, I dont drink alcohol or do drugs, and i also have a degree in Engish Literature. But every time i see a cop i get a feeling of hate like he is taking away someones civil liberty's. I have never been in trouble with the police myself and neither have my children. it is puzzling me please help if you can.

Do policemen just patrol around looking for the smallest thing to get their arrest rate up?

Dont tell me no-one ever gets a good kicking in the cells when no-one is looking (even if he has been insulting?)
