Judging by the answers already left to this question i would be more afraid of the paranoid, uneducated hicks rather than the nuclear weapons. Its sad to see that people who live in a country with so many WMDs and who have been the only ones to use them on another country in the history of nukes would not welcome new people to their shores, they couldnt be any worse than a lot of the ones who already live there.
In answer to the question Colorado might be a dangerous place since it contains several airforce bases, nuke sites and i think that NORAD place (the central control place for nukes).
North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is a joint organization of the United States and Canada which provides aerospace warning and aerospace control for North America. It was founded on May 12, 1958, under the name North American Air Defense Command. From 1963, NORAD's main technical facility has been located at Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado.
This would be an obvious preemptive or counter attack location since it is connected to the main warning system.
So I cant tell you the best place to live but at least eliminate one possibillity....COLORADO

you won't be in a position to nuke the guy around the corner, nuclear weapons are humorous that way. that's like sharing a room with somebody and that they snore, so which you roll a grenade under their mattress. Why is it extremely basic to have confidence N Korea yet whilst the President speaks, everybody starts rolling their eyes and calling him a liar. Yeah, I call him a liar too, yet i'm not listening to Lil Kim like he's the gospel the two.

strictly speaking, that information is classified. The general American public has no way of knowing, or of finding out, exactly where and how many Nuke silo sites there are. Nor are we able to tell which sites actually have the missiles in them.

If you are freaked out about Nuke power in general, or just want to stay away from the off chance that there are Weapons nearby, then stay away from any city that has a major military installation. Especially the navy ones. all but two of our carriers are Nuke powered and many of our subs are as well.

All blue states have no missile silos and intelligent folks living there.

Missile silos are tucked away in the red states between the Child-molesting Bible Thumper and the adulterous Church-goer.

What a silly concern. I think I'll call this a terrorist alert. You're probably a terrorist looking for information. Go away.
