You better have a ton of documentation. But this is what you get when going with those affirmative action hires. To avoid the federal mandated numbers I have split my company 3 times to smaller subcompanies. This way I can hire whom I want and fire when I want.

Yes they can be fired,The Color if their skin has NOTHING at all to do with being incompedent,And if a person trys to cry racist but they really are incompedent,the can cry it all they want but you have every right firing them and if they work eith other poeple also,I,m sure the other poeple can see what a shitty Job there doing also!Work is work,No matter what color your skin is!Ether pull your weight or get New Job!Thats what my dad always Said!Hollywood

Maybe the person doing the firing is incompetent, and fireing instead or firing. Only the best people for a job should have the job, and terminations should be supported with documentation.Race should not be a factor.

Why do you have to make a color thing out of it? Anyone can be fired for incompetence. The person who fires you does so because your not doing your job right. The person who makes a racist thing out of it would be you.

You have to be black-right? Why is it everytime black people run up against life's everyday challenges do they need to scream the word "RACIST"? Personally, I'm sick of it and think it's nothing more than a cheap way of facing life head on!
You don't think for one minute that white, yellow, and all the other shades of human existance doesn't face the same challenges as the "black" communitiy? Well then , lets have a meeting here!
Everyday in America all ethnic backgrounds face the same challenges you do! Yes, we have to "work" for a living, pay taxes just like you, have medical needs, have to feed our faces and pay the bills, live in less desirable neighborhoods because of income restraints, serve in the military, and all the other "BS" that goes with life! The only difference I can find is that all the other ethnic backgrounds don't "RIOT" and call it civil rights!!
GET A LIFE, put a little enthusiasam in your job, and start living like the rest of us without that "racist" crap and maybe, yes just maybe, you'll get through life on a better note!!!!!!!!!
PS: Some of my best friends are black and very content with what life offers them! You have to leave that "getto mentality" behind if you ever want to suceed in life!

Of course. But sometimes even if they are incompetent they are not fired. There is a fear (the cost) of a lawsuit. It's cheaper to keep'm.

Well it depends, as you said, on whether that person is a racist or not. But even these days it is easier to get fired if you are black.
