They are both controlled by BP oil. While our troops are fighting for the Iraqi freedom cause they have the next 50 years figured out when it comes to supply side economics and oil. It would have been a lot easier to put $88 billion a year into a decent transportation system and at least tried to push the automotive makers to make fast economical trucks and cars. I can understand why they wanted to take out Saddam Hussein. I also understand that they are both very religious. But it was wrong and based on false information. China and India are going to use up what ever oil comes out of the Middles East in the future so we are much better off addressing a social issue with regard to oil. How much money do we want coming out of our pay checks to go to the oil companies? This is money that could be better spent. As long as we keep voting with our heads up our asses we are doomed. I am sickened by the commerials in our state. The right has nothing to base any kind of attack with so they are using their good family values package and of course the same old line of tax cuts. We had a billion dollar deficit in our state from the last Republican regime. But the ignorant masses will fall for a tax cut every time while they take it in the rear in every other aspect of their lives. Of course the family values line doesn't talk about the deficit pushed on to every young person from bogus numbers in their budget. Your kids will be paying for GW's wars and wealthy tax cuts. The UK is all done with Tony Blairs false labour party rule. I would expect the US to follow suit.
