Communism at it's finest. Control every aspect of a persons life, restrict their freedom, make them do it the company way.

I don't know why the US politicians don't think of this:
We can have a regime change in Cuba in a couple of years. All the US has to do is warm up to Cuba's Government!
Look at the Soviet Union, it collapsed without a single shot being fired, and why? Because the Soviet-US relations warmed up, and regular Soviet folks saw that they can have what the US has, they just need to overthrow their Government. And their Government overthrew itself!
But to answer you question - If Fidel lets anybody who wants out, he'll loose most of the population :)))

Yea, but many of us want to go on Cuba on Holiday, vacations, or to feel the spirit of their music...it's just the opposite from the local people's opinion.

because it is a control issue, I AM DEEPLY INTERESTED IN THE WHOLE CUBA THING BUT I CAN NEVER FIND ENOUGH INFO TO UNDERSTAND IT FULLY.
