Think about it...what was the point of the 9/11 attacks? It wasnt to kill 2000+ people or to take out soem buildings. It was to enstill fear in our culture. Well, did the majority of Americans stay inside and not leave their house the day after 9/11...NO! We went about our lives as normal. But Bush keeps insisting that we should live in fear of the terrorists. We need to worry about China's economic impact on our country more than some radical extremists who have been trying to attack us for years and have for the most part failed. Yes, they get lucky once or twice but our society has never been strangled like it has by our current president.

How can we tolerate these people who claim to be American and use free speech to speak their minds, that support leaders of countries that want to destroy America / the West / The Pope / Christianity / Israel / etc.?

Dirty bombs cause no real radiological damage, only widespread fear into what people would do. The dynamite as the explosive component would be the only real damage. I also saw a few weeks ago the radiological tests were based on a person standing next to the fallout for a year, in which case no ascernable damage could be found.

This is the only suspect part I know of the Ramadan dirty bomb attack on America articles that are out.

My neighbor next door is a pill junkie. She does anything and everything to get her hands on prescription drugs. She goes to the emergency room at least 2 times a week and they keep giving her all these drugs. She's on at least 5 different anti depression drugs and like 4 or 5 anti anxiety medication plus pain medication. She's like a walking zombie on this stuff. She goes to the emergency room for anything from headaches to hemmroids. She is very nice and good hearted but when she is on this stuff she is extremely annoying. Her husbands command is ready to kick him out of the Army because she causes so many problems with these drugs. At times she has even been known to smoke crack. Both my husband and myself try to tell her in a polite way that she needs to stop,we've even told her husband we dont like her when she's like this. We live in an apartment and she can see when we are home so we cant not open the door or she'll keep knocking. I just dont know what to do anymore.

This idea of the man providing for his family and being the "boss" of the family. This is really an excuse for the man to cheat..and not feel guilt for the reason that he is too manly not to cheat. Most Latino men will cheat or at least try. This is a very sexist philosophy...because the women will be basically kicked in the dirt and called a whore if she is unfaithful. This is a cultural idea is from ancient Europe. Why do the Latino people still cherish these ways and why do they think of that as being a good "family value" The illegals believe this to be a positive in any argument against them. Machismo in this country has a well deserved negative response. It is sexist and ignorant thinking.

I am concerned with the closed primary elections in PA. I wish to vote Green Party but they are being stricken from the ballot and if I don't choose to be either Democrat or Republican I am not allowed to vote? This seems outrageous to me and it appears as though our government is controlling who is elected. Please help me understand.
