In the UK you have the absolute right to see ANY data that a company holds on you including some CCTV. You will need to apply with details of the date and time you believe your image was captured.
However, a court case a couple of years ago gives more guidelines as to what comes within the DPA (Data Protection Act) as privacy (that which the Act seeks to protect) in a public place can be a tricky thing to prove you had the right to.
Its complex and so you would need to read the first source below and see how it applies to your case.

You can try, but the CCTV is usually inplace for that building/assets protection and safety. Most ATMs have CCTV on them, and most stores have them. Would you ask to see those tapes too? I think if you want to you can ask but they do not have to give them to you. If you were in a public street you can be video taped by anybody/thing. They only use those tapes for their own safety, and usually overwrite them after seven days.

You cannot. The tape is the property of the business or agency that owns the camera. They are under no obligation to provide you with anything. If you were on the tape and it shows you were involved in a crime then you will be able to obtain it. this is done by your attorney asking the police department for a copy of it. Rules of discovery you know.

Contact the local police and ask them for the copy giving details ie time, date, and location of the camera. Then the police will contact the person who owns the cctv even if you end up in court your still can have a copy. all the best

You should be able to get it under the Freedom of Information Act. If you were doing something illegal though I wouldn't ask for it cause that would draw attention to that particular segment of tape.

Assuming you are identifiable on the recording, it's a done deal. Look at their evidence before you agree to any kind of deal or plead guilty.

You may ask, but there is no right to gain access to it ordinarily, so a refusal is the end of the subject for you.

Sure, you can ask. That doesn't mean you will get it, but of course you can ask.
