it's disgusting that he doesn't even have the sense to insist on being addressed as "President". And to all those who would still vote for him today.....it seems as if intelligence counts for nothing as long as you vote Republican ,keep this up and you'll all be known as "Republican'ts"

They allow it because many can't repress a gag reflex when they try to put "President" and "Bush" together in the same sentence. It would me most embarrassing for them if several reporters puked during a press conference.

Maybe he forgot, or wasn't sure and was too embarassed to say something like "Hey, I'm the President, right? Am I still? OK, just checking..." they still call Carter and Clinton "Mr. President" but I don't think anyone can stomach using that term to address either Bush Sr. or Jr. with that title. It's too damned depressing.

Did you address him as 'President'? If that's the way you feel about him, then why care? You are making me wonder now, whose side you're really on.

Bush said before "I am the decider!" (even though it is a democracy)
i think he would rather be addressed as "dictator".

That's great ... you are right !!!! Perhaps because he really doesn't deserve the title. He certainly doesn't act presidential, he doesn't look presidential.. and he certainly doesn't command respect with his sh!t eatin Connecticut Texan grin..
