Unfortunately, sometimes both. Sometimes only the killer, sometimes only the JUDGE. I have lived a hell for the last 2 years where the judge is most definately the criminal! They don't even look at things or check for anything. They already have their mind made up on who is the bad guy in the story. The one telling the story can't possibly be making the story up!! Sorry,I'll stop.

If a judge punishes an innocent then he is an criminal and if the person who has reallly committed a sin then he is a killer.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the judge is there merely to ensure that the lawyers and the jury apply the law properly. The judge usually doesn't issue punishment unless the defendant waives the right to a jury trial. Blame the jury if you want to argue against personal responsibility, but ultimately the killer is the one who chose to be in that position.

what a idiot you are..... the judge does not say a killer is guilty or not only a jury of his peers can say that.now what if some one breaks in your house rapes you then rapes your 5 year old while your forced to watch then puts a bullet in your babies head and all you can do is watch.he then stabs you o lets say 10 times and leaves you for dead. you dont die and they catch your babies killer. NOW YOU TELL ALL US ...WHO IS THE KILLER THE MAN THAT RAPED AND KILLED YOUR BABY OR THE JUDGE.....

The fact that you are asking this question at all gives me serious doubts about your ability to function in any capacity in society.

Sweetie in order for us to know who is the criminal we must know the circumstances that surrounds the facts. In order to make a judgment. Thanks!
