My conviction was 8 years ago. I plead guilty to a second degree assault charge. I was was not guilty of the original charge, but my public defender was not much help to me. The charge has ruined my life, and despite the fact that I was told I can't overturn the verdict I feel that it can be done. I am not the criminal that they have made me out to be. I would also like to know if I could get my rights to vote and \or bear arms for no other reason than to have all my rights back

Murdoch didn't want the court to order that his client reveal all the joint GIC's she converted to her own use. He therefore assisted her to fabricate a totally false affidavit, repeated all the lies in his factum and got $40,000.of the stolen money for his own use i.e. his fee.

This employee quit voluntarily today, but now he won't return our equipment. Our managers have gone to his home to try to retrieve the items, but the employee's family say he is not home. What can we do? Call the police for assistance? We need to get back our expensive equipments from the employee before he claims they are stolen.

We took over an entire country in the middle east. A region of the world that hates every thing America stands for. That took a lot of balls..right or wrong. Based on the assumption that Bin Laden is at least fairly intelligent being trained as a civil engineer and all, is it reasonable to assume that he orchestrated the attack on September 11 and then admitted to it not expecting to be rapidly found and executed? Also, why is it that we have found high ranking member of Al Qaeda but not him, wouldn't one logically assume that they would be as well hidden as he is?

you saw a shadow in the corner of your room. Then the shadow...which is has a shape of a man walks (moves) slowly to your bedside looks directly at you, then turns and walks through the wall.

Then the next day, at night, you hear a man laughing (mature, deep voice) and says, get out. You walk into the room in which you think the voice came from and the same shadow looks you dead in the eye...what would you do?
