There are a lot of places along the border where the population is primarily illegal immigrants. If we ship all of these people back, these places will shut down. Besides that, I think it's unrealistic that we can find a way to send all or even most of illegal aliens back from whence they came. I don't know all the details of the situation, but I do believe they shouldn't be here. Yes, Mexico owned most of that land before we took it over, but we took it over nonetheless; it's no longer Mexico, it's America and we have immigration laws for a reason.

You haven't considerd all the agruments. To do this, look at the agrument at a higher level. Pretend it's not your country. Look at the (2) countries in what they are and what they have to offer. Look at who is gaining, etc.
I'm not for or against the agrument, but one case for your argument might be:
Premise: America is a developed nation.
Premise: Developed nations suffer from negative population growth as people are more interested in money (desire to have a family as farm labor, etc.). Seen in higher divorce cases, lower child birth rates, etc.
Premise: Benefits costs of developed nations are higher.
Conclusion: Maybe the US wants illegal immigration because immigrants put benefits and pay behind their desire to have a family, which makes the US more competive in the global economy.
I don't know. Thinking about role models...How many greedy divorced stars can you think of with huge families? How many kids does OJ have? Mel Gibson? Coby Brian? Is Tom Petty married? Kelly Clarkson can't even find a guy. Jel-lo is a good example.
You have abortion, family planning, the death penalty, etc. So, one argument is because we don't support the family unit and other countries do.
That's just one, I'm sure there are more. But, there are lots against too. Get a beer, a couple friends, and knock yourself out. You'll come up w/some more. Important point here: Do not take the issue to seriously. If you aren't willing to sit on both sides to come up with why/why not, then just have your belief right or wrong, and keep popping out the same things over and over again....you'll be much happier not knowing what the big wigs are up to. wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Tracking down all 9 million some illegal immigrants, detaining them, and then deporting them would cost far more than they cost the country. Everyone likes to complain that illegal immigrants are costing us for health care and schooling, but in reality most of them are a benefit to the country. They work hard, they care about their families, and they pay their taxes. I'd like to see more citizens do the same!
Besides, we messed with their countries' politics and economies a lot during the last 200 years or so. The least we could do is give a little bit back.

No yet they're doing the jobs that *people won't. You look as in case you attempt to belittle them and cause them to look 'lazy'. properly, they do no longer look to be. it rather is not "black Americas' " interest to p.c.. end result and vegetables. people often are not frequently in prefer of doing agricultural hard paintings interior the bleeding warm sunlight with little breaks for hours upon hours. no longer some thing i could do. could you? it rather is stressful paintings and could pay little or no money. So no, it rather is not a 'black' element. and to no longer point accessible are some who do...what makes you think of each black American has an identical suggestions-set,ideals or professions? Is that no longer generalizing?

It benefits the government and/or politics in some way. Everyone has their own beliefs as to why and what benefits these are.
All I know is illegal immigrants do not benefit me whatsoever as a matter of fact, they even make my life a tad miserable. I cannot think of one single reason to keep them here.

Because that's a crappy, immoral thing to do. Gee wiz, the Native Americans just should have denied all europeans right to the country...but nooooo, we had go all genocide on them. Now we're kicking out the mexicans, who need the money that our stupid corporations won't give them properly down there. Get a sense of morality and integrity (hey, if you don't know it, look the word up; it's the most looked up word on google) first before deciding if we should kick people out of our nation, who come here because of our ideology. I say we kick out all provincial people like you...

Deport all illegals and if they protest as implied by a previous poster, get the tranquilizer guns from the vet's office then toss them over the fence anyway.

It's not a matter of being "afraid." Perhaps you should study up on the subject before repeating Bill O'Reilly phrases. It is a complicated, and very political, issue.

Because corporations profit billions from the cheap labor force...and they effectively prevent wage increases....and the government is in "bed" with the corporations....so....nothing will change until we as a nation (not our government) insist on it! Write your senator/representative...tell them how you feel. I did, of course nothing happened except me getting on their mailing lists, lol.
