If people who are British i.e. born and bread over here to maybe immigrant parents or grandparents people who are educated, worked and earned a living in the UK . If they turn to terrorism should they be tried as traitors and hung if found guilty.

The world is becoming more complex, more unstable, with more variables thrown at us, change happening at an increasing rate, yet the leaders we elect become increasingly dumb. This is like going from a tricycle, to a bicycle, to an automobile, to flying an airplane, to pilotiing the spaceshuttle. If you consider the evolution of our leaders since the beginning of the America (yes, I know morally the founding fathers had flaws), and the intellectual giants they were, its like we are going from Plato on the tricycle to Beetlejuice or a 7 year old child piloting the space shuttle.

With our world becoming increasingly more complex and at a geometric rate, and our leaders becoming less intelligent and less wise, isn't this whole thing gonna just crash?

The media never mentions the likelihood that Osama bin Laden has been dead for years. He hasn’t made a video for a long time. He probably got buried in some caves in Afghanistan.

Bush is just a means through whom a criminal, corrupt, war-mongering system is exploiting people of the world including ordinary Americans. Shouldn't our focus be on transforming this system, because even impeaching Bush won't change much.

It just puzzles me why the UN thought it practical to allocate Jews their own state. Being a Jew is religious, not nationality or race. If the Jews qualified for land on the basis of belonging to a religion, how come no other religion qualified for land allocation even at that time? Jews are multi-race from black to white, showing clearly that they are a religious group. Why did nobody question this at the time?

Also how come the Jews were allocated in the middle East where they stand out like a sore thumb? The most obvious place would have been the deserts of the Arizona or maybe part of Europe such as Spain/the Balkans etc where the population are already warlike.
