1. It is illegal.
2. It is harmful to your body. Now I am not saying it is less/more harmful than alcohol or tobacco, but the fact is that inhaling burnt particles into your lung tissue in not the smartest thing to be doing.
3. Its effects are dosage and person dependent. Some folks have very bad reactions to pot.
4. The pot of the 60's is not the pot of today. It has a much higher THC count and what the drug did then is different than today. It ain't your daddy's doobie in other words.

Ugh nothing is wrong with pot. The problem is people in this world have no self control and dont take personal responsibility for their actions. So because most people cant handle drugs on a recreational basis only and become raging addicts they make all the rest suffer. In the US they would make more money giving out fines for possession of pot, rather than arresting and jailing and all that nonsense.Although in CT where I live, our drug laws arent really that bad.

What people don't seem to understand is that 'pot' contains THC a chemical found in alcohol. It's the chemical that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy... Problem is, that in pot, THC levels are 10,000 times stronger than the amount found in alchohol. This does serrious and irepairable brain damage. This damage can manifest itself in forms ranging from Memory Loss to Pathological Forms Of Thinking. So if you don't mind killing whatever thinking ability you have... go ahead and smoke away. But people need to start realizing that medicaly speaking, Pot isn't harmless.

what is wrong with a BIT of POT!
First off, it's only a BIT! You only have a BIT!!!
Secondly, if you have a bit, then odds are your running out, and need to re-up.
Third, it's still illegal, and too bad too, because the US probably would be out of debt if it was legal, like beer and cigarettes.
It should be legal, because instead of wasting billions of dollars fighting a never ending war against it, we could be making money from it.
It's madness I say, MADNESS!
It should be legal. with restrictions like beer, (cant be intoxicated in public, or operate a vehicle (must use wingman concept, or even taxi), and must be over 21.

It will slowly creep into your life more and more until you need it and higher levels of it.
Apart from being extremely addictive and illegal it is not the best therapy for relaxation, and it is a mind destroyer in the long term.
You've got good willpower to refrain from drinking and smoking cigarettes and staying healthy, so why not try a little harder and find a different relaxant for Friday nights.

In my opinion, nothing is wrong with a little, other than it's illegal. I think it should be legalized. You should go to my profile and check out my marijuana question, I got some good answers to that, you get a nice range of opinion. Happy tokin!
