Usually on the day before 9-11 and the day of 9-11, I don't bother to watch the news because most of their stories consist of the 9-11 attacks and stuff like that. That also goes for the commemorative 9-11 speech. I didn't listen to that either.

"The Path to 9/11" and the President's speech reinforced and refreshed my memories for all the reasons we are fighting in the Middle East. Watching the news footage of 9/11, the movie and the President's speech was a heart felt commemorative day for me in memory of the tragedy that occurred 5 years. We should never forget.
I am disappointed that following the movie and speech, they broadcasted that "Prime Time" Special. It really took the feeling of the day out of context for me. It was not necessary and clearing had to have been some political ploy, for whatever reason. Couldn't they have waited until the day after 9/11 to start all the garbage again?

Shame on "W"! He tried to use the anniversary of this horrible incident to justify his abominable war in Iraq. Don't for a minute believe that this war wasn't already planned before 9/11. Look into the records of Defense Department contracts. Long before 9/11, military contracts were in place to send men and equipment overseas. I'm counting the days until we can oust this war monger from office!

I guess I'm a middle of the roader on that.
I think our president gives wonderful speeches, so awe inspiring.
Also, he takes good photo ops.
His repetition of the same theme never bores me.
It sounds like music to my ears.
Reminds me of a carnival barker years ago, and the top prize if I kept betting, was going to be a nine inch B&W portable T.V. set.
I kept getting closer and closer, and the carnival barker kept saying I was almost there, that I was going to be a big winner soon.
Then I just gave up and left.
I never did get that Black and White portable T.V. set.
Today, I have big color T.V. sets in every room of my house.
Did I miss out on anything?
No, I believe we will win, all we have to keep doing is spending more and more money we don't even have.
Bush is a trusted leader and we should all follow him, everything he says, after all, who else do we have?
We don't have high tech weapons that can get rid of the terrorists in a flash.
We don't have big bombs that can eliminate potential enemies rapidly.
Those things we used during W.W. 11, I don't think we have them around anymore.
We need to stay the course, and you'll see, give it 50 or a 100 years, we'll win!
We just need to be patient and listen to the same old stuff on the evening news, day after day, year after year.
Patience.
That's all we need now.

I scoff at your accusation against our government and that i snort at your for it. whether, it relatively is totally achieveable that Al Quaeda chosen 9/11 for that reason. Al Quaeda is familiar to choose symbolism in dates it chooses (it relatively is been reported ever by using fact it got here approximately). I by no potential heard this speech tie-in till now, whether it would make sense. I do keep in mind on the morning of 9/11, each and all of the information human beings have been finding for that magical date tie-in... the crap approximately 9/11 being like dialing 911 substitute into noticeably ordinary... the main suitable I heard on the time substitute into that the Camp David Accords (Carter's term) have been signed on 9/11 of notwithstanding twelve months that variety into. i think of the recent worldwide Order date is logical - and you do no longer even choose the self-hating government conspiracy attitude.

I thought it was beyond tacky to exploit a tragedy to try to get more votes for the Republicans in November. I'll bet he practiced his "concerned" facial expressions in front of a mirror first, just like he did back in 2001. What a phony!

Another attempt to link 9/11 to the Iraq War, push the flawed "democracy solves everything theory", scare people. Also, wonder what the kill all the muslims people think about his good wishe for the Iraqi people. Mostly propaganda.
