Based on the assumption that Bin Laden is at least fairly intelligent being trained as a civil engineer and all, is it reasonable to assume that he orchestrated the attack on September 11 and then admitted to it not expecting to be rapidly found and executed? Also, why is it that we have found high ranking member of Al Qaeda but not him, wouldn't one logically assume that they would be as well hidden as he is?

"criminal Mastermind" as defined by OUR standards. I am not a terrorist sympathizer, but OBL was at least respectable in the beginning(Back in Saudi). Read the facts on HOW OBL got started (His plight), and you tend to see his side of WHAT he wanted in the beginning. However, he got carried away in my opinion, and became a criminal later on, even before 9-11.

No. He just had the money. But there are better master minds being born in the streets of Iraq. Its time to get out. We lost that war the day we sent in too few, with too little equipment, and expected them to keep themselves safe.

I don't know if Osama is the master mind behind it or not (A master bait-er maybe) But he was sure in control of it's cause. he even admitted to it.

We found the other guys cause they were ponds in his game with us, so he let them get caught.

He is of higher ranking so he will be well secure.

you keep saying "admitting to it" like he cares what we think. He wants you to know if he did something. so does our government. it's been a long time since we had one big enemy like Russia and the taxpayers are more comfortable w/ one big enemy to focus on.
