We are getting ready to build a sand volleyball court in our park
and wonder if there are any state rules or guildlines about building
in a community park. We know how to build it but it was asked if
there are any laws we should check in to before we start to build it

I just found out that my ex wife took off for a weekend getaway with a brand new boyfriend. they got a hotel room, well Him and her slept in one bed and my daughter and son slept in the 2nd while the 3rd was made to sleep on the floor. I am 90 % positive that these 2 played more after the kids went to sleep. Am I going overboard here or is this morally and ethically wrong? please help me here as my kids are only 6 yrs old

Thousands of people died in an short period of time? alot of lives were shaken... however its almost microscopic when looking at Africas problems Starvation, Famine, children being killed and raped by soilders daily, entire settlements being destroyed, familys torn apart or killed... then America (instead of securing the country) declair war....on terror...but forgot Africa! Sure Africas a big nation and actually have the ability to fight back... is that Why they made Africa exempt from the war? Casually "forgot" about all the problems and moved to the weaker middle east. Good job on finding Bin Laden! and good job finding those Nukes in Iraqi! ...then Iran say they have nuclear power and instead of destroying there capabilities before they get to advanced they go into talks.... WHY?? Iraq did everything to prove they didnt have any now a country that does, admits it and America backs down... Bush is a coward. Useless, Bully, Plank... And to think hes in charge of a super power.

His Presidential Speech covered much of the details that have been set aside for so long. I was satisfied with much of what he said. And I no longer will look to see if his words reflect what concerns us most. He did his homework and told us what we face as Americans.

But as an American I reserve the right to hold the media accountable for lies, basically shining on the American public.

I'm trying to help someone out but have no clue .anyone know where I can go on the internet and find a legal document to fill out and print to take to a court for an emergency child custody hearing? The type of document that you need to take to a judge to schedule a hearing to regain custody of children ??? She spoke to a lawyer and he told her she could do this on her own. and could save almost a grand if she was able to get a copy of this and present it to a judge on her own ... hence saving the money of aquiring a lawyer.
