I just found out that my ex wife took off for a weekend getaway with a brand new boyfriend. they got a hotel room, well Him and her slept in one bed and my daughter and son slept in the 2nd while the 3rd was made to sleep on the floor. I am 90 % positive that these 2 played more after the kids went to sleep. Am I going overboard here or is this morally and ethically wrong? please help me here as my kids are only 6 yrs old

If it was truly a brand new boyfriend then she would have been better to have left the kids with someone for the weekend.
If she has been seeing this man for a few months then you may be overreacting.
Ask yourself these questions and maybe it will help you sort through.
Was she a good mother when you and she were together?
Was she careful not to expose the kids to your sexual relationship?
Would you consider going to divorcecare.org and finding a group near you to help you sort through your feelings and concerns and offering the same advice to her regarding helping her sort what is ok for the kids and what isn't? The kids deserve two parents that get along and work things out and are good parents to their kids....even though they don't live as one family.

Sharing a room with the kids was the only option. However, they should not have done anything during this time. Any sexual play should be saved for another day. That is morally and ethically wrong. I am pretty sure it is borders on sexual abuse IF the kids witnessed it. Subjecting children to Porn movies is, so I don't see how this would be different. The only problem is, you have to be able to prove this. They should have never made any of the children sleep on the floor. Hotels have cots that can be brought in. The kids are to young at 6 yrs old to stay in a hotel room by themselves, UNLESS they could have ajoining rooms. Which in my experience are hard to get. Most hotels will tell you that they can't promise it. I recommend calling your lawyer and seeing what he/she has to say.

It is totally wrong. I would never do anything with a man with my child in the room. It could really mess a child up, and confuse them. This man needs to be talked to about his behavior. Plus, I would run a check on him, he could be a pervert, weather he has ever been caught or not. What could a man and woman be thinking, especially your ex wife considering this is a new boyfriend, he could have no telling what on his mind.

i can not understand why his girls must walk on egg shells in their own home, where they have been first. they have rights to sit and lie wherever they want to, u re the one who either accepts it or leaves. if u do not like the arrangements what is stopping u to leave? the fear u can not do any better? and let me tell u as a grown up man - u CAN´T. your dude is really desperate and not a good catch, otherwise he would do musgh younger chick than u re. i mean u re 50? why on earth anyone in his 40, which means in his prime, would want a 50 year old, menopausal woman? i know who - a total loser

Morally wrong legally fine. Its sad when the women you picked to be your wife turned out to be a common slut. The guy she is with is a total piece of crap. He cares nothing for your kids just a piece of ***.

morally wrong completely, the dufuse boy friend should have volunteered to sleep on the floor and given the kid the bed, thats what a gentlemen would have done. and if they did do anything, that is completely discusting and both should be filed for sex crimes.

That is highly disturbing and wrong. There are always reports out there about a mother's new boyfriend molesting the woman's children, too.

That's awful, you should NOT let this issue go. That was a very irresponsible thing to do on her part and his. That goes to show what kind of guy your kids will be dealing with while he is with her.
