Probably nothing, they have bigger things to worry about and will probably figure if the woman wants in bad enough she will put up with the guy cheating. I just hope that my tax dollars are not being wasted on investigating the guys sex life and are being spent on something a bit more important like keeping the Canadians out.

its not cheating if your in a different zip code lol
cheatings is cheating there is no which ways about it, if your waiting for a spouse to get clearance to enter the country is a different matter altogether

She may lose her status because it is supposed to be a real marriage not one of convenience and if he is caught cheating it may make it look like it isn't a real marriage.
