My cousin was visiting us in southern Illinois, from California. A local cop gave him a ticket for having tinted windows. he said he was just visiting, and the cop told him, "I don't give a SHlT if you are just passing through; you have tinted windows and that's illegal here!"
And gave him a ticket, so he went back to California as soon as he got packed again.

My co-worker and I were making some jokes, anyway something came up that I really wanted to know, but I honestly don't know for sure. Say a 12 year old, has a kid (and yes it does happen today), when she has that baby is she the actual legal guardian of that baby, or will her parents be the legal guardian until they reach age 18, or something else?

If someone joins the military for only 4-6 years (as opposed to serving 20 years and retiring), will they still receive full health and dental insurance for the rest of their life?

Someone told me this was true, but I thought you had to retire after 20 years to keep those bennies. Anyone know?

I got a red light ticket. Different people told me to say nolo, and that way get off the hook. However, I heard that if the cop does not show up, I should say I am not guilty instead. How does that work? What is the best thing to say in either situation (with or without the cop there)?

what do you think about illegals that were brought by their parents

I was born in Germany in a German hospital 18 years ago (as of yesterday :) ). My dad was stationed in germany with the army but the hospital on post wasn't equipped to handle the complications that may arise with a premature birth (I was almost 6 weeks early). So, for the past 18 years, I've carried citizenship to both nations. My question is, with Germany's rather strict dual citizenship laws, can I still claim citizenship there, or do I have to petition for citizenship, do I even have to have a reason to try to maintain citizenship? I haven't lived there since I was an infant but may in the future. I'm not sure where to look for answers so I'm asking you guys!

three times today I have heard the same Israeli politician say that lebonese civilians had to be moved from southern lebanon, because that was where hezbollah got their support.(from the civilian population)
