Are you anti-illegal, anti-illegal mexican or just anti-mexican, i can seem to put my finger on it yet. Half of you who cry havok about illegals always end up saying something antisematic about mexicans wether legal or illegal, so it seems less an anti-illegal issue and more an anti-mexican issue. If I walk down the street, half of you would probably think i'm an illegal just because i'm mexican, and i wouldn't doubt one or two of you would yell something at me. But if you knew me, you would change your mind about me and say something like not all mexicans only the illgeals, well that wasn't what you portrayed at first. Why the ignorance? No one complained about cubans celebrating by flaunting the Cuban flag on American soil. I thought the argument was "wave the American flag in America and no other flag", but it didn't seem to bother anyone. Yet if I fly the Mexican flag in celebration of a cultural holiday, i get stoned to death.

I was offered a job with the Dept of Economic Security for the state of Ariz. I looked all over the website and cant find out for sure if I could be fired for being lesbian. The only reference I found was an EOE statement and someone told me that overrides state govt as EOE is federal. Can someone help?

After seeing a story on Fox about some girl who was beaten and harrassed, her school teachers, principal and school board told her to " Toughen up". I think its amazing that this happens but o figure, its kentucky. Why should you email the Casey County High school and board? Im thinking because the faculty there need to make a career change.

My husband gets visitation of his daughter every other weekend. He also gets 4 non consecutive weeks per year of "vacation" with his daughter. But because the birth mother has denied him visitation nearly all summer, the judge ruled yesterday that he have two weeks vacation right now. Our problem, however, is that the mother is threatening to call our house repeatedly, stake out, and call police if he is not with her at all times. Due to denied visitation when he actually got vacation from his job and because he has to work, I am spending the days with her and he will be here towards the late afternoon and obviously weekends. In his court order, it says "during visitation father must personally care and supervise child at all times" and that is what the birth mother is using. He just fought for 9mos to get these two weeks ,but cannot get that from his job. What is the worst that could happen over the next two weeks if she finds out that her daughter is with me some of the time?
