ok in south carolina they set a bill which has been passed and will be final on the 21st of august that minors under 18 cannot be in the possestion of tobacco products before u couldnt buy them but could be in possestion now u cant at all and if u do get caught u will have to pay a fine of 25 dollars do comunity service or they can put a hold on ur license . its stupid what makes u think theyll stop just like weed is illegal right ? but why does half the world still smoke it this is another law that will need to be abolished because adolesants dont care if there gonna smoke let them so sum1 tell me y its so much of a problem i know its bad for ur health but this will just make teens rebel and do it more it doesnt make sence

In Az. A cop gave sworn testimony in the form of an affidavit to a superior court judge that I was caught on video tape leaving a casino with a stolen purse. There is no video of me leaving a casino with any purse much less a stolen purse. The police lied on his affidavit inorder to secure the search warrant of my home. WIll it be thrown out of court?

there are a LOT of sites about this question- it is the one FACT you cannot say is some poopoo story. Norad is under strict command to intercept ANY errant aircraft IMMEDIATELY- these jets went off course some 300 miles, and nothing...whats up with that???? Does Bin Laden stop and think "Should I Attack America? Nah, I'll just give up my Jihad. Wait, a commentator in Boise just said the war is not going well, I must continue my fight to the defeat the infidel.".
This is what many "conservative" talk show hosts suggest. Do they think they are talking to children with no developed sense of logic?
Let's remember who many of these hosts are. They are former radio djs, tabloid reporters and the like. If they didn't get the job they have, they would be spinning country and western or top 40 discs in Amaraillo. Why do people take what they say seriously?

Ok if the US is against political killings, what, tell me, is the difference for locking a political "undesirable" (someone that might be a threat to gov't for whatever reason: protesting, civil unrest, anarchy) up in prison away for life? I mean isn't that like taking their life anyway so why not kill them?

I mean there have been killings in the past, like when FBI agent Lon Horiuchi shot Randy Weaver's wife in the face while she held their baby.

Everyone is all worried about Gibson's "jew" statements. But he was driving drunk, and could have killed other people. Is he being charged? Or will he walk from that, because of who he is? Most people vote based on the issue nearest to there heart, IE Abortion, Gun control, ETC.,And its been my experience that most racist are passionate about there beliefs, and vote Republican because they share there same view.(although not as open)
