Everyone is all worried about Gibson's "jew" statements. But he was driving drunk, and could have killed other people. Is he being charged? Or will he walk from that, because of who he is? I wonder what MADD has to say about Mel? Probably nothing. MADD is concerned with sticking it to the "little guy" - but as far as I know, they said nothing about someone like Patrick Kennedy.

For driving drunk, the shouldn't get off the hook....that's very very wrong, and he seems to keep doing it.
As far as the Jewish end of it, read this...
See, as usual, people are not getting the entire story. The man made a movie about Christ and was withstood by the Jewish powers dominating Hollywood. The man lived under extreme stress because he made a movie about Christ. Why? Cause Jews hate Christianity. See, the bigotry started there, with Jewish hatred. Who are they to try and stop or pressure Mel for making a movie about Christ? They did just that. It was they who started the stress on his life. That stress was building up and hurting his career in a city dominated by Jews. When he got drunk, all of that stress just poured on out.
How does Hollywood become dominated by Jews? Who gets a movie? Who gets a promo? Who gets advanced? Why so many Jewish actors getting jobs? Are Jews promoting Jews, to the hurt of other non-Jews? Why am I anti-Semitic for pointing out bigotry?
Mel was not an anti-Semite. If he is now, surely, it's the Jews doing. How is a man supposed to respond to pressure like that? Except to hate them. (and still Mel doesn't hate them) And again, why do Jewish people have such a dominating stronghold over all the media and so many other areas of our lives?

Driving drunk who ever you are is illegal. Having an alcohol problem is a horrible disease. I hope he gets help. I believe he is a good man with a bad problem. Not quite sure why people are so interested in Mel Gibson though?

madd uses people like the "drunkerd" to promote their origanization.
I think he even belongs to "ddam" (drunk drivers against mothers".
It's amazing how people like kennedy can cause a death(one which could well have been murder" and get by with it. Origanizations like madd never mentions it as you said but let the little guy make a mistake.
I regret it as i really like gibson as an actor.(one of my favorites along wioth morgan fairchild)

Worse than DWI or DUI. Mel was charged with Anti-semeticism, a crime that carries a life sentence of being labelled a Nazi for all eternity.

Yes, he was charged with speeding (exceeding the speed limit by 40 + mph) and DUI. He was taken to the police station and booked.
He will also be hurt in the pocket. Already, Disney Productions, are planning to drop a contract they have had with him.
