There was a time in this country when the Democrats actually stood for something. Today they seem to stand for nothing. All I see when I look at the Democrats is a bunch of warring tribes each trying to push it's agenda to the forefront. The only belief they seem to be united in is that anything that has to do with a Republican is bad. I don't see any Democrats talking about the glory or power of America. I don't see them holding up any shining examples of why it is good to be an American. In fact all I see these days is condemnation of all that America has stood for. Worse yet is the absolute arrogance of liberals. If you disagree with them you are stupid, brain dead, brain washed, ignorant, and any number of other unacceptible characterizations of people. Liberals believe to their core that they are smarter than us average unwashed masses, and frankly it just doesn't play well in normal American society anymore. This is why they are losing power, this is why they are unable to regain power, and this is why if they don't wise up they will soon go the way of the dinosaur. Republicans have their faults to be sure, but given a choice between the 2 extremes, I am going to pick that side that is at least positive about the country and it's future.

I prefer the dictionary definition: "Slow to learn or understand; obtuse" or " Pointless; worthless." If you can't at least understand the Republican perspective, and only post pointless/worthless questions, I'd say you fit those definitions better than the people you choose to harrangue against.
