america usually supports israel, yes... but NOT against liban.
america has interests in liban too, so they don't really know where to hand their support this time.
by the way, do you see US marines in israel, right now? I don't see any...

the way for the period of the cliff became in all probability organic. there became a highway made by 4-wheel drives. yet no longer by many. It appeared like the beginning up of a real journey. through fact the rain had stopped, a adventure extremely of a tribulation, too. Or so i presumed. i ought to have desperate in this direction of the hike yet my friends and that i've got been somewhat unfamiliar with the section. We knew,or a minimum of I knew we've been headed for devil's Slide yet whats up, there ought to be something else interior the way. I enjoyed the purpose of achieving the sea. by some skill it continuously appeared enjoyable. style of like the appropriate of the mountain. It does not be long now as our youthful legs made time on that flat airborne dirt and dirt highway. i ought to scent the sea. It does not be long till now we heard it. Then we've been given there. nicely it wasn't like I envisioned. the line merely intersected yet another airborne dirt and dirt highway that slightly existed on the face of devil's Slide, a million/2 way from the appropriate. large view, yet nonetheless formless through fact we actually popped out on the middle of a cliff. hardly something grows on the dirtface of the cliff or maybe this' cliffroad,' which became of course artifical had sparse flora next to it. Lunar, ought to truly describe the interior of reach. Yeah, goaltime. We nonetheless hadn't formally reached the sea besides the actuality that 20 or 30 yards through fact the crow flies could get us moist. It became potential particularly to naive 11 twelve months olds. It became merely steep. Oh nicely, down we went , stumbling and scrapping yet in all probability as nimble as mountain goats. no person have been given harm occurring to the shore.

This is just my PERSONAL opinion -- and remember, I do NOT like Bush nor appreciate him as a president. What I DO know is Hezbollah is a terrorist organization. What does that tell you? Just that alone. I am a christian and can also understand and respect others' choice of religion. In my mind, this is not a "religious" issue because God did not want all these terrorist groups popping up.

Yes.
Although it is not often reported by the press, a large proportion of American diplomatic and military experts have long held that U.S. support of Israel is often contrary to and, in fact, extremely damaging to U.S. interests.
Support for Israel interferes with: American relations with the oil-producing nations, with whom we previously had friendly ties; with Muslim consumers, who represent 1.2 billion people world-wide; and removes much-needed money from domestic American requirements — tax revenues that could be addressed to domestic needs are instead sent abroad to prop up a system of discrimination that is antithetical to American principles of equality and democracy.
In addition, the ‘special relationship’ between the U.S. and Israel is increasingly imperiling American lives.
Why, then, is this done? Close examination of the history and current situation reveals that U.S. policies in the Middle East are rarely driven by U.S. interests. Rather, they are largely driven by two very different factors:
Special-interest lobbying of the sort that is common to Washington. The only difference from typical lobby groups is that this lobbying is on behalf of a foreign government. Fortune Magazine rates one of the many lobby organizations working on behalf of Israel, AIPAC, as the fourth most powerful lobby in Washington. In total, many experts rate the pro-Israel interest group as the most powerful lobby in Washington.
The efforts of a growing number of individuals with close ties to Israel (known as neoconservatives) who have attained key positions at high levels of the U.S. administration, State Department, and Pentagon.
Interestingly, the oil and weapons industries, although very influential over parts of American Middle East policy, are not responsible for our relationship with Israel. In fact, quite often both of these industries find our support for Israel undermines their corporate interests in the region.
