Hezbollah has been firing about 100-200 rockets a day into Israel from Lebanon. Iran and Syria have been supplying them. That's what started this recent crisis.

Israel has a right to take action, but border raids and ineffective rockets from Hezbollah points to a pretext on Israel's part. There is no such thing as "surgical strikes" or "incursions." Israel's policies toward Lebanon and Palestine have been failures for over 40 years. Israel has their right-wing religious fundamentalists too. They are only creating more terrorists. Time for some new policies and for the US to stop selling and/or lending arms to Israel....they've proven they can take care of themselves.

Absolutely they had the right. It is just like when Japan attacked us, the only difference is Israel knows that Lebanon, Iran, and Syria want Israel to be wiped off the face of the earth.

Israel has been targeting women and children. Hezbollah captured two soldiers that would of eventually killed more. Israel is a terrorist nation because they drive tanks in the yards of innocent civilians.

Of course they did! They have been taking crap for years, they had to fight back to regain some respect....
The amazing thing about it is, had they not fought back, and just kept taking the "abuse", you wouldnt hear a thing from anyone, but, since they stood up for what was right, they are terrorists in most books! Sooo, does it mean those who are always opposed to fighting back, are of "coward" origin?? (just curious)

yup. And, except for the Lebanese innocents who are being killed, its funny to hear that Hezbollah "underestimated" the Israeli response.
