It is estimated by the year 2012 that hispanics will be the majority population in the United States due to the overwhelming migration (both legal and illegal) of Mexicans into this country. What do you think should be done about it? Should the US try to buy Mexico and make it into the 51st state or should we close our borders to new hispanic immigrants?

How does the law compute the dollar amount awarded in a civil suit ? What can be attached to meet the amount awarded, i.e. tax return,SS,home, land...etc. Is there anything that cannot be accounted for and if so what and why? In relations to a civil suit how does the court of appeals work in regards this type of suit? Are there any websites or good legal online referrence info further on this subject that you recommend? Any reccomendations for a North East Florida Civil attorney s for a civil case of damages for 2 minor children sexually abused by father, stepfather time period 5 years. We are approaching 10 trillion in national debt ($10,000,000,000,000) and wasting $1b/week in Iraq. Bush doesn't abide by laws he doesn't agree with. He chooses to cross off sections of laws that he signs. There are multiple violations of the constitution, including warrantless searches and approving of torture. We are isolated in the world, and the odds of more terrorist attacks are only increasing. I could keep going. The question is: can this be fixed, or is it part of a permanent US decline?

I am 16 years old and I don't know the first thing about politics. Whenever I read the newspaper or watch the news and they're talking about politics, I have no clue what they're talking about. However, I WANT TO know what they're talking about, but I don't know where to start and I want to be able to have an intelligent conversation with someone about politics in the future. How do most people become knowledgeable about politics? Do you think if I read the newspaper everyday, it would start to click? Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

they are taking away parental rights from the father at the end of the month. My nephew is living with his grandmother who is well into her late 50's with his 5 year old brother (he is only 2) The mother refuses to cooperate with children services and they will be taking away her rights as well pretty soon. Like i said the grandmother lives alone with the two babies and works alot as well. I live in another state and cant stand the thought of my baby nephew getting lost in the system, I want to raise him as my own along with my two children. I am not blood related to his brother however so i cant get him this i have been told. What do i do?

Recently got a ticket while stationary in car in Washington DC, actually waiting to pull into gaurd gates at the Capital. I answered my cell phone, while being approached by a Capital Police officer. I immediatly told the caller "I'll call you back". It was Literally a 4 second phone call.
The Officer ordered me out of my vehicle and told me to stand against a wall, which I complied. After standing against a wall for many minutes I asked the officer, "Excuse me, what did I do?" For which he responded, "you disrespected me!"

He then gave me a $100 ticket.

I must write a letter of defense to the 'Hearings by mail" department to have this cleared up.

But what to do and say? This is just so horribly abuseful and wrong.

Thanks!!!!

On the TV shows, they clearly are cops on CSI: MIAMI & CSI: NY
but there has been a lot of contradiction on the original CSI, set in Las Vegas. (It would appear that Nick, Sara & Warrick are but, as I said, there have been contradictions in this series.) I know they can be both in real-life but, as a general rule, wouldn't they actually be sworn police officers and would a civilian CSI ever be alowed to carry a gun? Thanks.
