This question was not meant to offend the pro-lifers. Its merely hypothetical. Honestly though, I dont think you should be allowed to have a kid that you can not support. For example, if you have five kids and your already collecting welfare, you should not be allowed to have another kid. It would be for the good of society. Also, you should not be allowed to have a kid untill you are a legal adult. Because if you think about it, a parent has control of their kid untill they turn 18, but if a 15 year old has a kid the kid has control over that kid, but the grandparent doesn't. Too confusing. But it would also benefit society. Also, if the parents are drug addicts they should not be allowed to reproduce. Tell me what you think! I know some people are going to be really mean to me! BTW I know this probably would never ever be legal in the US.

My research has shown that life for middle class working Americans has always been better under Democratic administrations. Pay scales were better, expendable income fueled the economy, first time house buyers were a strong market and overall a bright future for beginning family’s was the norm.
