Billion`s of dollars go untaxed called liquid cash .Do you believe that taxing pot and other illegal so called drugs should be decrimalized and put on the market .This goes on with tobacco & alcohol.

Yeah lets decriminalize everything illegal . How dumb is that? It is not about the money! This country needs less taxes on its citizens not more. Would that make these drugs less lethal? Would there not be an increase in hospital patients ? That cost alone would out way any tax you put on them. Drugs are drugs, they are all bad no matter how you think. This country cannot afford any more reasons to destroy the moral values than it currently have. Much of the violence we see in our cities today is drug related. Making it legal will stop this violence how?

The politicians criminalized Marijuana TO generate revenue...What needs to be addressed is their mis-appropriation of funds! Please note, not illegal in America until 1939. By making it a crime it generates more revnue for them...not unlike any criminal thought process.

looks like another Trojan horse.to answer your question NO . but the government needs to stop its import into our country.if they would stop it from coming in then it would reduce prison population and free up money for other uses
