I was planning on just putting them in the back seat of my car and making sure they were well fed the day before (it'll take about 22 hours). I've got a 20 gallon tank with three geckos.. will they be okay?

I found a turtle back in March. It was the size of a half dollar. My kids wanted to keep it so we brought it home. I researched the type, a yellow bellied slider, and made a home for it. It now eats out of my hand and has become part an extended part of the family. Only problem is we don't have a good name for it. Any suggestions would be helpful. The four most common names for turtles don't impress me...you know...teenage mutant ninja turtle names. I was actually thinking something like Socrates or Aristotle.
