I just spent 1 hour googling this question with no luck. Can anyone tell me if snapping turtle have internal ears? Do they hear sounds like we do or do they just hear/feel vibrations? Any websites for professional info on snapping turtles?

Yes, snapping turtles can hear, but they do not have an external ears like mammals. They hear low fequencies and vibrations.

Turtles can only hear under water. On land they depend on the vibrations.

yes, it hears lot of sounds and according sounds it changes its path
