No, I believe garter snakes have live babies, as well as few others.

Most snakes are oviparous. This means they lay eggs, from which the young later hatch. Some snakes give birth to live young. The unborn young are in thin casings, or sacs, inside the mother. They hatch from these egg sacs just before or immediately after birth. These snakes are called ovoviviparous.
like garter snakes and rattlesnakes, give birth to live young. The baby snakes are born in August or September.

some give live birth but the snake are in eggs the just dont get laid and are hatched in the female bodie
