I use Bag Balm on my sack and it keeps it soft as silk. Should I be worried about adverse side effects? Will I start lactating down there? Or grazing?

My mother has a 9 month old Quarter Horse filly that has a joint infection. For those of you that don't know joint infections are pretty serious. The filly is on two different antibiotics. One of which is in pill form that she has to take 3x a day! Our problem is that the filly is refusing the pills. My mother gooed them up in feed and molasses but she still refuses. Do any of you all have any good innovative ideas for us? If we can't get these pills down her the vet said she could die. We are really concerned so any help is greatly appreciated. Please pray for this little filly.

A few miles from me-there is a lady that has 2 Dobies--her husband was working one night and she was alone--a man broke in on her and raped her and beat her bad--(she had the Dobies in another part of the house with the door closed--they couldn't get to her)--after the assault-she managed to open the door to the Dobies--the dog's had the man down when the cop's got there!!! He was tore up pretty bad--but survived!! Had they been with her--she would never have been assaulted!!

My husband and I are going to be moving into our new house soon and we have lived in this one for a very long time. Our puppy (now a big dog) had potty training problems when we first got her. Also I watched my sisters cat while she was gone for a couple of months and that cat felt the need to mark her territory. We've tried shampooing the carpets which have made a big difference. Although I want to be sure the odor is completely out! My sister mentioned something about white vinegar? Does anyone know what she may have been taking about? Or does anyone have any ways to make sure the odor is out without ripping up the carpet??? Thank you! (any rude comments will be reported)

I just got a new rat last saturday. She was sneezing alot but i heard being in a new environment can make them sneeze. But it has been over a week and she still is sneezing. I just noticed it more when i hold her. So maybe it's me.... or she gets really nervous or something? She doens't have any discharge from her nose or anything. A friend who is very much involoved with rats said to try echinacea. I have been using it for a week and no change. I know its just a vitamine but i thought it would help. and i use the egg carton type bedding so i dont think its that. Please help!!! Thank you

We use our rats to breed feeder rats for our snakes. It's obvious which ones are male and female when they are adults but as a baby I'm not sure. One of the school teachers wanted a baby female rat. How old do they need to be to accurately sex them? How old do they need to be before you can give them away?

Also how old does a Dwarf hamster have to be before you can give them away? The baby rats and the baby hamsters were born the same day. They are 3 weeks old. We have homes for the hamsters we just need to know when we can give them to their new owners.
