I want to build a cat exercise wheel! Need advice!?

Here's a link to an example wheel...so what can I use for the wheel itself because once I get that then it's only a few easy steps to drill a hole, install a good ball bearing, and a floor mount for it from just a 1/2" pipe or such.

We bought a bunnny around valentine's day, hence her name is valentine. Anyways, she had babies a month later. They are two weeks old now. they seem to be doing fine. I am just concerned, are we allowed to play with them now that they are hopping around? And I gave them some kale and it seemed to make them jittery, Are they going to be ok? What about mama, is she ok, if we play w/the babies?

i love my boyfriend very much and we've talked of getting married (not for a few years yet though)... the only problem is i would like a dog at some point, but he wants a cat. ive been brought up with dogs...although id rather wait a few years after were married to get one cos i know of the responsibility involved in looking after one. i said i dont mind compromising and starting off with a cat, and then getting a dog when the cat dies... but he said he doesnt like dogs... particularly their barking. his dad is allergic to most animals so my bfs never really had any pet experience except for owning fish... so i see thats the reason behind him not being sure about dogs. i still would like one though one day but i dont want to lose my bf over something stupid. i dont mind helping and waiting for him to get over his fear... but i dont want it to come down to choosing him or a dog. has anyone had any similar experiences?

My mother bought two abandon horses and a donkey that was claimed by the sheriff department for animal abuse about 3 or 4 months ago. My horse is doing really well but my mom's is the one who got abused and she doesn't go up to anyone and she runs away when you even started to come towards her. She had a embeaded halter that had to be removed and after a couple months it took me, my mom, and one of my friends to get another halter back on her and she's making alot of progress but it takes sweet feed to get her to come up so we can get a lead rope on her and sometimes she freaks out and TRYS to take off with you. We can't seem to get her to get her to trust us. We need your help.

I would like to locate some that are not spayed or neutered. They don't have to be registered or have a great pedigree. Just a clean farm.....disease free. Thanks.

I did take my cats to the vet and their test were all ok. My question on the kidney failure is, if they were going to have it would they already show signs, or can they still develope it. The vet didnt really give much detail. I stopped feeding the Iams on Saturday.

I bought my horse about a 1.5yrs ago-- hes VERY well mannered, never kicks, never bucks and is friendly with other horses: he trail rides fine with them, takes great lessons with them, does great in a packed show ring... u cld ride another horse up his butt & he'd be fine.
BUT
recently, within the last month or so he has started bucking...The first time was in a private lesson, where my instuctor he was just mad at me for making him work after a weeks break, & that problem cleared up by my next lesson...
BUT
I recently went on a trail ride with my friend & her horse whom he knows very well, and he kicked out at her! He has now done this several times & now is doing it to other horses.
I have no idea what to try-- i have been punishing him & getting after him for this bad habit by making him do tight circles etc... but now we are sort of at loss what to do... he isn't in pain and his tack/everything is fine! He is only doing this at the canter
What could have caused this!?

My rat has tons of severe scabs all over her body. Her nose and eyes have red secretion in them. She is not even two years old yet and there are currently no other rats around that could be causing these scabs. There are also no visible bugs on her. This problem has just developed in the last four days. She is acting very sickly. If I don't figure out what's wrong with her I don't think she will live much longer. Please help!!!!

It bothered me, and only reminded me of the dwindling of my own dogs life. I am passionate about animal rights, but the fact that a commerical containing Sarah McGloughlins "Arms of the Angel" and a screen flashed with images of crying Cats and Dogs missing eyes, mangled, in states of depression as they are caged really makes me uncomfortable and I feel that by forcing shocking images on television without any kind of warning (not to mention they ask for donations) is very unethical and sneaky.
