I think my friend has 2 horses and they don't take care of them. They don't have access to water, they just have a bucket that is usually emtpy or frozen. They aren't up-to-date on farrier or vaccinations or deworming. They don't even have shelter. The owners have a brand new pole-barn, but it is fenced off from the horses. They just have their cows go in to drink from an automatic waterer. I am not quite sure about what the current situation is ,as i haven't driven by their place in a while, but I am sure it hasn't changed. When I ask my friend if they have any horses she says I don't know, and if she says she does, then she doesn't answer me if they are ok,she acts like she doesn't really care. What should I do? I have contacted the local authorites before, but they don't do anything. They just check it out and talk to the owner. Is it possible for me to take the animals away from them, with the escort of the police? what can i do?

my dad finally let me get a hamster he said "it better not escape" and i said "it won't" well it did! I woke up this morning to check on it and it was gone! the cage was open, i don't know if i left the cage open or if the hamster opended it itself...i can't tell my dad or he will kill me! should i say he died and i already buried him....should i tell him the truth (don't think i can if my life depended on it) this is horrible anybody know how to catch it or something? let me know if you have any good ideas!

I advertised a dog we need to get rid of and I've had five responses, all from men claiming to need the dog for their families. The emails are full of gramatical errors (though they call themselves businessmen) and just seem suspicious. Also, why would so many people want to purchase our mutt when we can't even give it away locally? Is there some type of black market for pet research animals? Could they be looking for personal information in some type of identity theft?

We have had sugar for 4 years, she is a really good dog, but we have two children now, and we want to find a home for her so somebody can give her attention I can't. Where can I find a place to take my dog instead of the pound? I'll miss her so much, but I just can't take care of my children, my husband when he is home, and our other 2 dogs. What can I do?

why do people do it? i work across the road from a place where they get the results of medical research what they test on animals....why are humans such disgusting creatures to do this to poor defenceless animals? is there a group what are actually trying to stop animal cruelty and testing on animals and fur farms??
