The dog is Oliver, a beloved member of our family, who happens to be a beautiful 3-year-old cocker spaniel with a wonderful disposition. He seems to love everyone and we think there won't be a problem. What steps can we take to make it easier for him?

About 2 days ago it started with her peeing and then having diarreha in her crate, then yesterday morning i feed her and she ate very well and then at lunch she had thrown up and after i got home from work she had thrown up again. Then i could tell she didnt feel good and i knew it was serious. so i gave her 9cc of pepto (recomended 1cc for every 5 lbs) (she weighs 50 lbs.) at 6 pm and she was just lying around but not getting sick just feeling bad. and at 1 am she started throwing up, like every hour and then she pooped and it was direahha and it didnt smell like your normal dog poo. it was bad! she continued to throw up every hour or so to where she had nothing else to throw up. this morning she drank alot of water and she couldnt hold that down but she keeps going back to the water so i know thats a good sign. what do i do, does anybody have any home remedies to try. the vet is just so expensive but i will probably end up taking her though.

I purchased a puppy for my kids a couple of months ago and was disappointed to find out that the breeder was only in this business to make $$$ regardless of who she damaged in the process. We have been very disappointed and would recommend other to steer clear of www.copesberners.com if you want to deal with a reputable dog breeder.

We have had all the tests at the vet and everything seems okay. She cannot keep meat down and is now on dry food as this is the only thing that doesnt make her sick. She gets what we call twisty, where she gets what are like stoumach cramps, and then has lots of gurgling noises and then is sick.Any ideas or similar experiences?.

I have an active runner that likes to run back and forth in my yard (medium sized yard) and likes to jump up on fences or crates, etc. I think he pulled his tendon in his front left leg just above his elbow joint (about 2 inches above the joint is where he feels the pain most). Nothing seems dislocated and he still uses it to run or walk on though he is limping. IS a torn or overstretched tendon something that fixes itself in time or are other measures necessary?

My dog is almost 9 months old and he has not been fixed.....at first my husband said he didn't want to do it, but now he has changed his mind....but is it too late? I know that it is pysically possible...but is it going to be harder on him since he is older now? My husband says it will help with agression...but I say that it won't make a difference now. I guess it could help with testicular cancer prevention....what do you think?

I was wondering if anyone could help me, i'm thinking of getting a dog but i work normal day time hours during the week. Can anyone recommend a dog that would be suited to being left alone for this amount of time. I would walk dog before and after work, leave him/her with lots of stimulating toys and employ a dog walker to walk it most days of the week. i also dont work in the school holidays. Im looking for a fairly small lish breed as i dont have a very large house. Can anyone recommend what breed may be best for me?

I have a beautiful golden retriever but he likes to bark at night, I am afraid our neighbors hate us. He is only 6 months old but he is large., and I would like to know what some of you have used that actually worked, there are so many on the market I can't decide. Plus I don't want to throw money away on something that doesn't even work. I need help quickly.

I posted a question earlier this evening, but I wanted to ask again, because I noticed some more things:
My 6 month old Jack Russell has had very watery diarrhea all night (It's been getting progressively more watery over the past few days, but tonight it has basically been urine). I didn't notice any blood) He also threw up twice yesterday.. His gums are normally a very healthy color, but are almost white. His nose is very cold and wet. He had his booster shots last Friday. He's been going between very lethargic to less lethargic tonight. I've been trying to give him water all night, and he did eat a bit, so he has an appetite. I'm going to take him to the vet w€hen it opens in three hours, but is there anything else I can do for him here? I don't have rice, an d don't want to leave him alone so I can go to the store.
