Just out of curiousity do dogs like peanut butter and what is the most amount that they can consume. And are dog tounges rough.

yes - and our cockapoo loved peanuts.
funny story - in her older years she was hard of hearing and her sight was diminished, BUT let Dad go to the secret drawer in his work desk that Mom did not know about - and a furry fuzzball would be sitting pretty at his feet with this "I won't tell if you won't" wag in her tail - just for a peanut! And they never told!

It all depends on the dog. I have 3 dogs and only one likes peanut butter. Dogs don't have rough tongues, but cats do!

YES, my Bichonpoo loves peanut butter but it is fattening. The only time I give it to her is in small amounts in her Kong Toy. As far as dogs tongues they are not as rough as a cats.

Dogs love peanut butter, actually alot of vets reccommend giving medicine(pills) wrapped in peanut butter. ask your vet its true.

peanut butter is good for them the oil will make their coats shine. you can make the peanut butter watery and put it in their food. mix it you can also use cottage cheese for a shiny coat.give them smooth peanut butter. chucky wont hurt them

my dogs liked anything that wouldnt eat them first.. haha! anything and everything.. peanut butter, chocolate, and mint.. I always had to keep my purse up high to prevent my little dogs from scavenging through my purse to get the candy or chewing gum

like it? they love it!!!! as far as spreading goes its Jiffy, but if its staying power you are after I have found Peter Pan to be the best. I have known my dogs to eat the stuff until there is no more to lick! Their tounges are rough but not in a bad way.....
