Had already surgery - removed about 60 bumps, but in some months they came back and even more. Hard to groom and itchy.
May be there are some medications? Help. ( He is 10 yo)

The only way to get rid of them is surgery. However, they always come back.
Unless you want to have the dog keep getting surgery, just live with them. There is NO medication for them.

Is the vet recommending removal? Usually they just come back which is what ur saying. Consider shaving your cocker spaniel in a cute, short hairstyle. Use oatmeal baths, shampoo to soothe the itchy skin. We've use Benadryl per our vet advice to relieve itching.

Your vet may have samples, please do a follow up visit

My dog had some in his older years. The vet said they weren't harming him so it was safer to leave them. (My dog was also in kidney failure and couldn't go under anesthesia).

Your vet didn't give you any ideas of what to do if they came back?
