I've got a 9 month old rottie who is absolutely terrified of lorries and buses, not good when you live on a main road! Can anyone help me to stop him being frightened or at least not try and pull me into the road to get away from them. It is the only problem I have with him, he walks to heel off the road, comes back when called and goes happily back on his lead. By the way, no mention of sticks, hitting or electric collars please! I would no more dream of hurting my dog than sleeping with John Prescott, urggh we'll cancel that last thought shall we?

all he does is follow me around and lick me. and whenever i try to play with him he just puts his paw on my hand and either licks my face or my hand until i walk away. i try to reassure him that i am ok, but it seems like he is so scared that i am bleeding to death lol.
also, it's kinda embarrassing, when anyone comes near me, he throws himself onto my lap and starts growling lol. and then my mom's jus like "hm, i see you have your period!" And everyone knows, coz he protects "down there". lol
any suggestions??

I need to stop this ASAP! We don't want to loose her. She's our Beagle so it's hard to keep her in the back yard!

,saffy, leaves hair all over the house. She has a diet of tinned meat and biscuits, cannot change this as she has a weight problem. The vets did not have an answer and neither did the groomers. Tried all the usual lotions, potions, vitamins etc but nothing has helped. its driving me nuts!

My Maltese started nipping since he was 2 months old. Now he is a year old. He nips when he wants attention or when he wants to play. It is starting to hurt. I can't take it anymore!

I have a ***** that was just bred for the first time (she's almost 4) via artificial insimination. We did an ultrasound at around 40 days and the vet didnt see any pups but her uterus is getting bigger and she has mammery developement along with several other signs of pregnancy as well as gaining 12 lbs. Bailey has had false pregnancies before but never anything close to this. Can the ultrasound miss puppies? Could there still be one or two pups in there?

This will be her first litter, and we know the complications that are possible and that she may need an emergency C-section, but we were wondering if anyone has any helpful personal experiences that may assist us durring the delivery and after. Thanks for your feedback!

I have always been an animal lover, and for some reason animals always gravitate towards me. An example would be I go to someones house and their dog wont leave me alone, sitting next to me, staring at me, following me around. Same with cats. These are olnly small examples, but all my friends dogs love me more than them.

My 13 week old lab puppy has little bumps on the hairless part of his lower abdomen. The skin is a little darker than usual. Some of them look like tiny scabs. They are dry. He also has some under his "armpit". He is not itchy. No hair loss. Do you think it's a disease or an allergic reaction? He's perfectly healthy otherwise.

Just three years old, yet she seems to reflect such deep understanding and patience. And she doesn't have to speak a word. Could it be a God connection?

my cat of 14 yrs passed away a month ago of liver disease from unknown origin. now my 8 yr pug is showing liver disease signs. i believe both frontline and andvantix are to blame. the vets don't like to respond to that assumption, just say that neither product is fda approved. i am extremely suspicious. how do i research my cause? have any other cases been linked with fact?
