I have two puppies. One is a Chihuahua. The other is a Mutt.
Everytime they get excited or when we come home; They pee, dribble.

Is this Normal? Why does this happen?

My dog is and Austrailian Shepherd, and is about 3 years old. He never settles down and is ALWAYS wanting to play. I don't have a lot of time to play with him as much as he wants me to, but I still play with him a lot. What should I do?

My new puppy wakes up and starts 'crying' for no apparent reason at around 4 AM...is there anything I can do to help her??I took her outside ut then she wouldn't go back to sleep, I took her out of the kennel that she sleeps in and she starts trying to tear up my blanket on my bed...is there anything I can do to help her sleep better??

She just refuses to be house broken. We tried every thing and still as soon as she steps a foot onto the carpet she poos and pees. I dont want to leave her kenneled or locked in the kitchen all day and night but every single time....
She's 7 months now and still is having a hard time even making it on the paper. She is a Carin Terrier if her breed matters. And I am a stay at home mom so I am able to work on her all day but still....so stubborn...or just stupid?

I have ointment that I put in it when he starts that but does anyone have any home solutions that might be good? When we bathe him we put cotton in his ears. His ears hang down so there is no real good ventilation if he does get water in them. Any home solutions would be great????????

Just recently adopted this stray dog, she is around 5 years old. Most likely has had puppies. I have had her about 7 weeks, she was in heat when I got her. Now I have had her spayed, 7 days ago. Since then she has had a total character change. She's all shaky and only wants to hide out in her kennel. She is guarding this one toy and seems to be "nesting". I've taken her to the vet and she was on pain meds. The vet says he cant find anything wrong with her and she no longer seems painful, esp since she only started this toy guarding behaviour 5 days after her spay. Can anyone help? Is this hormone related?

he chews (or slurps) his groin area, and his paws. The vet gives him a steroid shot every other month or so, and he's been on ketoconazole recently. I've read about the aveeno baths, tea rubs and all the other crap..but does anyone know of something that WORKS? preferably an antibiotic or something???
