Yes this is a normal behavior for some dogs, it is really submissive or excitability urination. Try to ignore your dogs for about 15min when you come in the door and then calmly talk to them.Hopefully they will outgrow it but some dog breeds are more prone to this than others ie:cocker spaniels,soft-coated wheatens etc and may never outgrow this behavior.Being as calm as you can be will help though.

omg! Everyone has been saying this is normal. NO IT'S NOT! MOst dogs are that way, but it is not normal. You need to teach them that is bad. Keep them outside on a leash until they "go". Put down vinigar everytime they "go" in the house in the spots they yurinate at. Then if you want a little quicker results, do that and give them a spoonful of vinigar each time (forcefully-they won't want to do this)

This is completely normal with puppies. Once they are older they should grow out of it. The reason is when they get excited the can't control their bladder. If it continues when they get older they may have a bladder problem.

This is very normal. They love you and are happy that you are home. My step mother had her dog neutered to fix the problem but it didn't work.

Yes, it's normal. you are their favorite person and it makes them VERY excited to see you. To help them chill out, you need to be mellow when you get home. Theoretically they will catch your vibe and likewise mellow out (and so not dribble with excitement).
