Sounds like it's just a lipoma tumor or otherwise called a fatty tumor. Those are pretty normal for aging dogs. No need to trouble it. But, go to the vet just in case to confirm. My dog has one now on her inner thigh. Look for pain associated with it and/or a discolored mole. Also, watch the pace it grows.
Again, bring her to the vet just in case.

It could be some type of absess or a cyst. Bring to the vets... most likely they will just pop them, to get the infection out, and then put your pup on antibiotics. It happened to my cat once... sounds like the same thing.

If he is prue bred, it is likely cysts which are very common in pure bred dogs. Actually, my male St. Bernard has them too. But just to make sure, have your vet take a look. They may decide to do a biopsy just to be doubly sure it is not a tumor. Good luck!

That happend to gramas dog who was also a chiuhiah it might be a tumor. You should go to the vet

Probably a fatty tumor. Do they move around under the skin when you touch them? If they do thet're nothing to worry about.

It might be a herniah. They are lumps, just like your dogs.
