You see my pet cat always have his body broken or some wounds everyday.. I let him out every night but he ends up getting his self hurt... I dont know the reasons why.. My pet cat is friendly even on humans.. do you think he was tortured outside? Sometimes, He had this trauma of not going outside the house after he broke his leg.. but there's no scratch or blood, its like internal wound. My cat always get hurt and i feel sad about it.. What should I do? He even got fevers several times.. Is he really creless or are the environment around him does'nt match his behavior or personality?

I've noticed that my cat's fur actually smells pretty nice, but my eyes start to water whenever she breathes in my face. So why is it that her fur, which she cleans with her own combustible spit, smells nice?

...and do you ever feel that they 'allow' you to live there..even though you pay all the bills and bring home the cat food so they turn their nose up at it? ...I'm waiting for mine to steal my check and go to Pet Mart for new cat toys while I'm away at work...I don't trust him...or should I?

I'm babysitting my sister's cat for a few weeks and having a little trouble. Not only is she at the rebellious stage and wrecking havoc for my two cats, but she farts like a trooper and has the runs. She was on dry cat food, but a different brand to what I usually use, I'm thinking of changing her diet to whiskas dry food. Is this a good idea?

My friend said that i could babysit her cat while shes gone. i was like " ok going to her house 2 times a day won't be bad!" So i said yes and then she said " i want the cat to go to your house and stay there for 9 days" OMG, i was freaking out because some instructions would be easy but this is like out of hands and i didn't want to say NO so i need to know what to do about my CAT PROBLEM. answer fast . . . shes coming tomorrow!!

This was Pumpkins second appointment/shots and deworming. His first one at 9 weeks, he did not sleep more than usual after. This time, he is still sleeping after6 hours. If I try to wake im, he cries this sad sad cry and falls right back to sleep. Could this be a reaction? Is this normal? Thanks! for i am in a wheel chair and live off disability. but OK HERE GOES MY QUESTION this kitty seems to have a respitory infection and at times sound like it has trouble breathing not only that but after it wakes up in the morning her eye are seald shut with puss and as I try 2 open them PUSS just pours out .Can any1 give me some "home remedies"? plz come one come all!

I took my cat to the vet today because he hasn't been able to use the bathroom yesterday and he meowed all night with pain. The vet said that his diet would cause his bladder to be that way. We feed our indoor cats only Purina Indoor cat formula nothing else.
Does this sound weird to anyone else or is it true? Has anyone else had a similar problem, if so what did a vet tell you?

She will be getting spayed soon not soon enough ..lol i hate to see her go through these moods until she is spayed. Any suggestions if any will be greatly appreciated . She is an indoor cat . The only cat in the house hold.

WE got him when he was really young wasnt easy to train but took the chance and keep him (we fell in love) so we had him fixed he did well for awhile but even when his pan is clean he pees on the floor and my daughters bed ,,,any suggestions on what to do we have tryed sprays they dont work for long ,,,

Im getting ready to get a new kitten, and Im not sure what to name it! I already have one cat that is named echo because he's all gray. I also have to bunnies named Carrotcake and Floppsie. But I can't think of any more good names! The kitten is dark brown with black and lighter color spots. I want a really unique name so nothing to common.

I live in Plano, TX and I just moved here. I’m living with a friend and at first she told me that it was ok for me to bring my cat, but now she's saying that the cat HAS to go, she's allergic and it makes noise at night... does anyone know of a good shelter that DOES NOT kill cats? Or does anyone want a cat, he's VERY mild mannered and is GREAT with kids... he's been fixed and knows how to use the litter box, he had his shots last year, but I don't have the paperwork because I just moved and it's in a box somewhere... PLEASE someone help my cat from being put down... *crying* he's such a wonderful cat! and deserves a great home...

The biggest worry for me is theres a rule in our neighborhood that all pets have to have a collar or they'll be taken to the pound. If you cant answer my first question how can I help make sure my cat isnt taken to the pound?

My kitty Whickett, throws up hairballs all of the time. She seems to do it more often when the seasons change. I have treated her w/ hairball medicine, and indoor cat food. I am running out of answers. So can anybody help me shed some light on some new remedies?

so i have 2 cats..boy and a girl. they both just love to scratch at the couch. i have bought little cat nip mates that they can scratch at, a scratching pole and even those big cat scratching condo...they still use my couch. and there just vindictive about it to. they know i dont want them doing it but when they do they look right at me and wait for me to yell then run. its driving me up the wall. my couch isnt even payed for yet..ahhhhh has anyone ever heard of a spray i can get that will atract them more to the scratching post. im in california is you know the store its sold at i would really appreciate it.
