I have a rottweiler puppy, she is 12 weeks old. She loves every member of our family. She loves when we touch her and just spend time with her. But sometimes when she starts to play her puppy games she may begin to bite. And I know that she is not aggressive, she is just fun loving girl. It is funny and ok now, but when she will be an adult dog it may cost somebody's life. What should I do?

My mom moved the litter box because it stunk the room then my cat pooped on the floor so I just moved it back. But I don't know if she'll still use the litter box or poop on the floor?

We've had for almost 2 in a half years and shes been litter box trained this whole time.

But now I'm afraid she'll poop on the floor again instead of the litter box - How can I retrain my cat to use the same litter box again just in case?

Its in the same place and it hasnt been altered or anything!

This worm is 13 1/2 inches long. He was found in a dry sandy area of my back yard. He's fatter than a pen. White/ lite pink in color. Looked like he shedded skin. Rings in the body looks like worm, but head has begining patterns of snake skin.

I have an almost 1 year old jack russell / heeler mix. She is pretty smart. Whenever I'm around her she is the perfect dog.

Once she's alone though, she digs and chews everything in the backyard. I've repeatedly caught her in the act and said NO! to her. Now, when I walk toward a hole she's dug, before I even get there she crouches down and puts her tail between her legs.

So, she KNOWS what she's doing is wrong, but she keeps doing it anyway! How do I get her to stop this?

She keeps chirping and flying around in there and playing with her toys all at once! She doesn't do this when she's away from the window. Is this normal? And I can't let her out either (we had too many problems and I'm just gonna wait until I train her to go on my finger and I get a net in the house just in case).

i just brought my cat home from the vet. she had a big, mysterious gash in her leg that had to get stitched up. she also has a drain in her leg now. she is wearing one of those big plastic cone collars so she won't pick at it. i also have to force feed her. is there anything i can do to make her feel more comfortable?

My hamster has ringworm and I am currently unable to find a job and my mother is in denial and won't spend money on anything for him other than food and bedding. Are there any cures that I could make or cheap brands that work? I feel horrible and he keeps itching. :'( Please help?

My miniature pinscher is 14 and is starting to have trouble eating dry dog food because it's too hard. He likes it and will eat it, but I can tell it's getting harder for him to chew it. I'd rather NOT feed him moist all the time or 'Purina's Moist and Meaty'. Just wondering what others have tried for their senior dogs... any suggestions?
Thanks!

She also goes out 5 or more times during the day. Occasionally, she will also poop in the kitchen even though she has been out recently. Help! My husband is getting fed up! I'm getting fed up! She did so well for so long! I just don't understand the pooping in the crate! Two mornings in a row! I feed her in the morning - she poops 2-4 times a day. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hey everyone. I need some help.
My Cat is about 9months now and he is acting like a wild child.
I rescued him back in november and he was pretty bad then too but he was yonger. Now he is much older and bigger and his behavior is really difficult to handle. I just moved in the beginning of the month and The living space is MUCH bigger and i dont know if that has something to do with it.
I love this cat soooo much and in the really hard times Ive though about giving him up for adoption but I know that I cannot because he is my son And when you adopt and even more so Rescue a cat. You HAVE to keep them for life and you need to adapt to their behaviors but I just need a bit of tips ideas and help.
But even for some mothers out their their kids mis behave soo bad it just like you wanna give up but you never do. You reach out for help and thats what im doing.

I took him to the vet so many times, he says he has a battle going on in his intestines (listens with stethoscope). He gives him a shot and pills to take for a few days which work. The pills, he says, are like immodium. My dog gets this every other month. Isn't there something over the counter I can get in the pet store? My dog is a Lhasa Apso and weighs 19 pounds.

I got a new cockatiel for 4 days now. he hasnt eatten much unless i feed him by my hand and take him out of his cage. he always goes for the seeds that are mixed with the pellets. he'll eat those first then he'll eat the peppers. but once thats done, he wont touch the pellets. but how many should he be eatting on average. and please dont say it depends because i asked his vet and he said the same and i asked the breeder and she said the same. i just need an average because im a new bird owner and dont know. like around 5-10 pellets a day? 10-20? 30-40? 50-60? 100-120? please help! i'm afraid my bird isnt eatting much.

I have a betta that has whitish scales that have developed near it's gills, my mom says "it keeps opening and closing it's mouth, and it looks like it has white stuff on the inside of it's mouth." I think she is imagining it, so she can treat them for cotton mouth, but that medicine is not working. She will get pop eye on the occasion. I have tried Maracyn II and my mom has increased the amount salt. I am more concerned about the discoloration of the scales near the gills. I really want to know what this could be and how to treat it. Any ideas???

I just asked a question about spaying or not a female cat when there is no risk of pregnancy. Thanks all who answered. A couple more things:
1. When should she be spayed? Is it important to spay her before the first time she is in heat and why?
2. Will being around a neutered male affect her in any way if she goes in heat?
3. I've heard there are contraceptive pills for cats. Anyone know about those?

She's a 6 month old golden retriever, and she's mostly an inside dog, except for when she goes out to the bathroom (in a woody area)..anyway, she was scratching like crazy this morning and I looked and picked off about 15 ticks with tweezers..I double-checked her, but I'm sure I missed some. What's the best right-now solution? We don't have any flea/tick shampoo because we haven't had her long and didn't expect her to get any bugs...should I just give her a regular bath?
