We rescued 2 out of 3 kittens, now there's the 3rd one, it is in the center of a drainpipe in the ground. We baited food in the openings, barred a doorway, but they didn't work. What else??

I'm watching a adult female lab. I have noticed that she's leaving tracks of blood on my carpet. Her owners say that she's in heat. Does that happen..because I've never seen that happen before in my life. I don't think female dogs get menstrual cycles...or do they? Can anyone tell me what's going on?

My border collie has an extra toe on every leg. They're completly useless. You can twist them in all kinds of crazy directions and it won't hurt him a bit. They just kind of dangle there. Why?

I recently caught two adult 2" specimens of this centipede in my basement. I currently have them both housed in a 2.5 gallon tank. After I caught the first one, I put in a daddy longlegs spider to see if the centipede would hunt it. After several tense minutes of watching the small spider struggle to make a vertical climb up the tank, the centipede suddenly reared up, grabbed the spider, and began to feast on its abdomen. Shortly after this feeding, I caught another, slightly larger and more aggressive house centipede. I placed the second animal in the tank with the first, and they seem to be getting along ok, one will chase the other for a second or two before they settle on opposite ends of the tank. I do not know if this species will eat itself, but tomorrow I plan to buy a few crickets to feed them. Will I be able to keep them both together or will one eat the other

She has started making a funny noise when I pick her up sometimes and she did it this morning when I took my jumpa away from her because she was trying to eat it!!! The only way I could possibly describe it is like a groany hicupy sound??? Does this mean she is angry??? I really want her to be happy but im starting to wonder if I cant give her the home she needs? Also has anyone in the UK heard of John Watson who is a rabbit breeder? If so any good/bad comments welcome!! Thanks very much!!

she is getting really chubby and shes a chihuahua mix. she can barely jump anymore and i can tell its bad for her health and hard for her.

i should probably make sure no one else feeds her things other than her dog food and take her on a walk everyday.

i leave the food out so my three dogs can eat whenever. this is the only one that is getting chubby.
