I had a husky once. Husky's tails curl up onto the top of their backs. I noticed one day that he was keeping his tail tucked between his legs. He also was slightly limping so I took him to the vet. Turned out his pelvis was broken. The vet couldn't put his pelvis in cast so we just had to make sure he wasn't too active for a month.

Get your dog to the vet. Hopefully, the problem won't be as severe as a broken pelvis but, my husky fully recovered and lived a long healthy active life after that. Best wishes.

You should take her to the vet. Any number of things could have happened to her to injure it. If she's not doing normal activities(attacking the cat apparently), won't let you touch her, and she's been acting this way for 3 days.. then it's probably something serious that you should get checked out.

canines many times have their tail between their legs whilst they are scared. And my little Maltilpom puppy used to sniff like farts, yet when I gave her a tub, she advance into high-quality. yet your canine might have a challenge with pooping or has to get her anal glands squeezed too. i'm no longer extremely constructive, i'm no longer a vet or something, yet i think of you're able to see or call one, in simple terms in case. good luck with your Yorkie! :D Oh, and in case you do no longer techniques me asking you this, do no longer you mean, teacup Yorkshire Terrier, no longer miniature? via fact there is not any such element as a miniature Yorkie, the smallest Yorkie there is, is the Teacup style.

Has someone intruded into your house and hurt your dog? That has happened to myself before and my dog was acting scared for a few days or maybe your dog has indeed injured itself...

Best off to be taken to the vet as they will give your dog a thorough examination and get to the problem and fix it as soon as possible.

Wish you and your dog all the best!

Take her to the vet!
Having her tail between her legs is a sign of extreme fear or pain.

What kind of dog is she? Many things could cause her to tuck her tail. She may have lower back pain, she could have abominal pain. In any case, she definitely isn't feeling well - take her to see your vet.

it dosent meen that her tail is injured .. a dog does that when he feels threatened . or injured... your right on one thing shes not doing good if she did not react to the cat ... if i wear you i would check you hips and back legs she how she reacts to touch in those places ... and most importantly go to a vet ... might be worst then you think ..

Sounds like she was injured.
May have been hit by a car or something.
