My cat is obsessed with the Christmas tree, and when he goes up there he knocks a bunch of ornaments down. I spray him in the face with water when he does it and he goes away, but he just keeps coming back. We tried putting foil around the tree because cats don't like stepping on it, but he doesn't even care. What are some other remedies I can try to keep him off of it?

I was just wondering if I should let my 2 rabbits swim like in the bathtub. Or is this bad for them? What temperature should the water be at?

We have a fenced backyard. On Monday evening, while I was out, a neighboring dog jumped fences to get into my yard. He is a shepherd mix (looks like pit bull). He mauled my dog, a corgi-terrier, to death. My back patio was covered in blood, the collars of both dogs, & my poor sweet dog’s mangled body. We’ve seen the said dog with a choker chain collar like the one we found on our patio…no tags. Our next door neighbors said they saw that dog in their yard the night of the attack. We confronted the owners of the suspect dog &, long story short, they got a deer in the headlights look & shut the door in our face. The police won’t do anything because a person wasn’t involved. Animal Control won’t do anything because we don’t have hard proof – no witnesses. There's 2 schools about a ¼ mile from my home. It's my understanding when a dog does this, it will do it again! Nothing I can do will bring back the lifelong friend I had in my pet, but I have to stop this from happening again!

We are taking care of a friend's dog because our family friend is on vacation. The dog is kept in the garage, but she won't pee in the litter box. She'll only excrete wastes outside in the backyard. Help!

one of my dogs really likes being sung to...it seems to soothe him...makes him all sleepy,lol...and my cat really listens...ears twitching and watches...head cocked to one side when we sing too...i sometimes dance with the same dog too...and he really enjoys that..what do you think...do animals appreciate music as much as we do???...do you think they prefer certain types of music like us?

I was watching tv this morning and heard a crash so I went to go check things out, but didn't see anything out of the normal, so I figured my puppy had just ran into the wall or something. Well about 10 minutes later I hear my puppy crunching on something and he had knocked over a 16 oz jar of roasted peanuts that I guess my hubby left out last night..he'd eaten almost half the jar

my cat didn't want to sleep or stay on the bed, after just few hours from spaying operation. she always wants to jump, run and even play with me as normal. i am really worried about her injury on incision. I can't force her to stay on her bed, which may make her struggling and get worse. what can i do????

My pair layed 4 eggs, and they all hatched. It's been 1 day since the last one hatched. But, since 3 days my cockatiels have droppings that are normal sized, but, they are yellow, and there's water with it too. The yellow poop and the water is not MIXED! They(yellow poop and water) are separate. I have been giving them some boiled rice to feed the babies (they eat it too) and I also give them seeds.Do you know why?

Also, after the babies hatched, my cockatiels are not sitting on them much during the day. They didn't abandon them because I can still see them feeding the babies.I don't know why they are not sitting on the babies, do you know why?

The puppy was healthy, wormed, vet checked, and had its shots, gave the ok for it to go to it's new home. This morning the woman who we sold it to called and said that the person she gave it to called her this morning and said that the puppy had had 10 siezures and would not eat or drink during the night. The woman didn't put the puppy in a cage and let it sleep in the bed with her all night. She wants to bring the pup back and get a new one. She didn't take it to the vet or even call the vet. She can't bring it back until tonight. I said that I would pick him up right away. I don't have the phone number to their home I only have the phone number to their freind who bought it for them. More info: I just talked to the woman who bought the pup. She said that she talked to her firends boyfreind and her boyfriend said that his she was overreacting and the pup was shaking because it was scared. He said this morning the pup ate, drank, and was running around playing.
